Kinsella is a quiet man by nature, quiet and serious, and will do anything to get the job done. His ethics may not always be perfect, but he isn't one to care all that much if people don't agree with the way he does things. A cynic from experience, Kinsella can generally see the flaws in most plans.

Cybernetic Arm:
The injury which first encouraged Thomas to agree to be a subject for Cadmus Labs was the loss of his left arm, making him worse than useless in a combat situation. Whilst Cadmus were unable to grow him a new limb, they did give him an artificial limb, making him a cyborg in some sense of the word. His new arm is stronger than even his enhanced body and allows him to function normally again.
Only One Stat: No Durability Increase -400xp
Total Cost: 600xp x 1.05 = 630xp

Biocomputing:
Thanks to several alterations by the geneticists at Cadmus Labs, Thomas's mind works exactly like a computer, enabling him to recall memories perfectly, record battle strategies and memorise faces to the point where he can recognise the slightest difference in a person's attitude or pose. In fact, his brain could probably be considered one of the most powerful super computers on the face of the earth.
Total Cost: 600xp x 0.95 = 570xp

Defence, Mental: lvl 0:
Thomas's brain is so advanced that its workings can confuse and disorientate the most skilled of telepaths, rendering him a lot harder to deter from his original mission than any regular American Infantryman. He believes that this will prove to be very useful with the rise of super powered crime.
Linked: Biocomputing -50xp
Total Cost: 250xp/lvl x 0.95 = 238xp/lvl

Enhanced Healing Factor: lvl 0:
Thomas's DNA has been altered to cause all the cells in his body to secrete a protein which super-accelerates his healing to the point where bullet wounds take literally seconds to heal. In his line of work, this power is more than useful and it takes a lot more than most people assume to stop him from performing his duty. Although, this doesn't stop him from playing possum some of the time.
Total Cost: 400xp/lvl x 0.95 = 380xp/lvl

Natural Fighter: lvl 10:
Thomas's brain has evolved to such a point that he can actually anticipate his opponents and create a battle strategy to combat them effectively, to this end, he is nearly unparralelled in a fist fight due to his incredible ability to just be where his opponents don't think he will be. His ability is such that he has rivalled third Dan Karate black belts in skill and beaten many less able than that. Of course, all of this corresponds to Cadmus predictions and probability maps. They planned for him to be one of the greatest living war machines on the planet for the American Government. Whether they were right or not has yet to be fully tested.
Linked: Biocomputing -50xp
Total Cost: 150xp/lvlc x 0.95 = 143xp/lvl

Targeting: lvl 10:
Targeting his enemies used to be a problem for Thomas, his eyesight was never all that good, but after the Cadmus experiments have restored his full eyesight, he has become extremely proficient thanks also to his incredible brain power. He can hit a butterfly from one hundred metres and a man from a lot more than that. Hitting his target isn't a problem any more.
Linked: Biocomputing -50xp
Total Cost: 150xp/lvl x 0.95 = 143xp/lvl

Reflex Dodge: lvl 10:
Thomas's brain has such an incredible mental capacity to anticipate his opponents that he can literally guess when and where they will attack. Designed for this use by Cadmus Labs, Kinsella has the ability to dodge attacks from his opponents, potentially making him untouchable in a fight. His actions are processed by his brain unconsciously and it makes a decision within a split microsecond as to which action should be taken to preserve his life. Even though his healing factor will protect him from the worst of anything that hits him, the reflexive ability to dodge attacks is designed to make sure that he doesn't get slowed down by the pain of it.
Linked: Biocomputing -50xp
Total Cost: 100xp/lvl x 0.95 = 95xp/lvl

Super-Intelligence: lvl 10:
The proteins secreted by all of Thomas's cells thanks to the Cadmus experiments have lead his brain, excluding the obvious enhancement of it being a super computer, to become incredibly more powerful and his knowledge has increased disproportionately. With this power he can be counted among one of the most intelligent men on Earth and certainly this ability has great use to him, both tactically and as an improvisation aid, allowing him to outsmart his foes at nearly every point.
Total Cost: 150xp/lvl x 0.95 = 143xp/lvl

Enhanced Vision:
The Cadmus Experiments not only enhanced Thomas's mind and body, but his eyes as well as an extra precaution to make sure that nothing would stop him from doing his duty to his country.
Vision Types: See in Darkness(+75xp), Telescopic(+150xp), X-Ray(+200xp), Blinding Light(+75xp), Fog or Smoke(+75xp), Underwater(+75xp)
Total Cost: 650xp x 0.95 = 618xp

I.Q.: lvl 4:
Before Cadmus Labs gave him the largest upgrade of his life, Thomas was a regular student, slightly smarter than average but not by much. Back then he was just a Lance Corporal in the US Military, nobody special. Not like now.
Total Cost: 100xp/lvl

Fighting Skills: lvl 2:
Back in the army, Thomas was taught how to punch fairly effectively, but he never really had cause to study it particularly well.
Total Cost: 200xp/lvl

Targeting: lvl 4:
Thomas knew how to pick up a rifle and aim it in the right direction, and he could generally hit what he was pointed at, but he wasn't a sniper, not an incredible shot. He generally lost in the Barracks games but he knew enough to do his job decently.
Weapons: Rifles and Pistols
Total Cost: 175xp/lvl

Military Knowledge:
Thomas is extremely well versed in how the American Military works thanks to being a part of it as well as studying it closer with the Cadmus Project to ensure that he knew his duty and place in the forces. For this reason he tries to do everything by the book, unless that conflicts with doing his duty to his country.
Total Cost: 300xp

Major Deadly Enemies:
All enemies of the United States Government and its interests are the enemies of the Black Star.
Total XP: 600xp

Cyborg:
Thanks to his left arm, should Thomas ever go out into public, people would probably see him as a cyborg, and treat him as such. Of course, despite what they might think he is undoubtedly a patriot and has already risked his life for the continuation of theirs.
Total XP: 400xp

Thomas Kinsella was born and bred in Boston, America and was the brother of Nicole Hastings (nee Kinsella) who currently resides with her husband in Chicago, Illinois. He joined the army after High School. After years of active duty, occasionally coming back to the States to see his niece and nephew but never settling down, Kinsella is reported to have sent a letter to his sister proclaiming that he was about to go on a long mission into guerilla territory and that it might be his last letter. He was partially right, but he didn't know that at the time and an interview with his commanding officer suggest that Kinsella was a man who would do his duty as the State required. He had no friends save his comrades and brother in law, he had no girl-friend or wife and was a man in need of an objective to keep his life going.
He returned from the mission mortally wounded, having lost over three quarters of his company and his commanding officer. He was medically evacuated back to the States for urgent surgery. The injury physically cost him his arm, but mentally cost him much more. Being unable to return to active service, Kinsella attended a Psychiatrist for rehabilitation concerned with the mental scarring of loosing his squad mates. He attended for several months unenthusiastically before stopping altogether. His sister registered her concern when an MP was sent to her home to enquire as to her connection with Kinsella. It was recorded that Kinsella had a friend in General Reginald O'Harrison, a high ranking general in the Pentagon, around two years after Kinsella's honourable discharge, he was invited to a bar by Kinsella whom he met on a street in Washington. O'Harrison reports that when he found Kinsella, the man was in dire shape and, according to him, ready to end it. Overcome by pity for his friend, O'Harrison organised a recruiting for Kinsella to Cadmus Labs in an effort to give his friend something he obviously needed. Kinsella, after persuasion from Kinsella, agreed to be a subject in the understanding that the Laboratory would give him back his arm and he would be able to return to active service in the military at the very least. He didn't know the enormity of the project he was undergoing.
Doctors Patel and Hughes lead the Kinsella Project and obtained strains of DNA from Kinsella. Preliminary scans were not promising as they showed that the surgeons who had been operating on Kinsella had accidentally damaged the arteries and tissue around his left arm to the point that simply cultivating a replacement was not possible. They joined forces with the Cybernetics department and created for Kinsella a mechanical limb (see page 4 for schematics and full explanation from Dr Patel). However, when Kinsella's body rejected the enhancement, Dr Patel and Dr Hughes turned to an alternative method. Using the DNA they had first swabbed from Kinsella, they created a clone who would serve their purpose far better. Using pioneering Gene Splicing and Manipulation technology, the Doctors managed to both introduce the Mechanical Limb and induce the growth of Meta human powers in the new Kinsella, aiming to make this new body into one which would perform as the perfect weapon of war. They used the latest technology available to Cadmus to transplant Kinsella's memory cortex into the new body. We destroyed the old body. To this day the Doctors are unsure if Kinsella actually knows the truth. That he is a clone, and the old him died years ago.
Project Kinsella showed incredible signs of success, a true masterpiece of modern medicine. Not only does Thomas Kinsella have his arm back, but he also now has abilities most of us can only dream of. We can only hope that he is as good as we made him to be.

Pending the approval or dissapproval of your loan everything looks good and adds up, only thing is...is there another picture you can use? That one is Winter Soldier from Marvels comics as im sure you know and maybe a non Marvels picture would be better for justice....just a thought.

Aside from that it looks good if your loan gets approved

If I'm honest it was sorta that picture which gave me the idea for this (that and I can't really find any other pictures which feel like they do this guy justice) so I'd like to keep it (if possible) but if not then just say... I've just gotta find a new professional looking soldier who isn't completely muscle bound and whos arm doesn't look like something completely alien...

Nah its fine, not like you are trying to make winter soldier here, just wanted to bring it up. Well your loan was approved by LC so all we need is a manager to roll on by this profile and it'll be up (by my look that is)
