“You’re kidding, correct?” Rha’zik growled as he turned his attention away from his breakfast to glance across the table at Martin. The two men had been up for a few hours and had made a small breakfast of eggs Martin had collected during the last battle the crew had taken part in a few days earlier in the small rocky cluster. The linger effects of the catnip had taken a while to finally fade but when they did Rha’zik had been left with a serious case of the munchies.

“I’m afraid not my friend, all of my sources seem to point to this and I mean… you have to know it is true given the information I have just provided.” Martin replied with a small grin as he picked as he own meal, his feet swung up onto the table with his food in one hand and a paper in the other. The crew had been relatively fine after the scuffle with the bounty hunters, but River had been disarmed, in the most literal of fashion. The crew needed a doctor who was also a skilled mechanic, part of the problem of traveling with a cyborg.

“It does make sense… why would he be anywhere else, this island is supposed to be off limits to men though you said? How do you suggest we manage to dock and then search for him?” Rhaz questioned with another low growl as he considered the thought of landing in a strange new island where he would instantly be making enemies with just about everyone there. It certainly wouldn’t be the first time for this to be the case. “I don’t suppose we really have a choice.”

“I was hoping you were going to say that, I changed our course last night… we are only a few moments from land as we speak.” Martin whispered with a cheerful smile that one could definitely tell was meant more as a ‘you don’t have a choice’ grin. It made Rha’zik glare angrily and then slam his hand down on the small table and let out a loud roar as he involuntarily shifted into his half form.

“Mandy! River! Get your asses In here, we are about to make landfall, we need a plan!”

The moment Rhaz had yelled the woman had walked through the door, covering her ears from the loud noise. Just like her captain she had to endure the after effects of the catnip, being very clingy for two full days after they left the shipwreck. It had left her with an incredible headache and not to mention fits of anger after she regained her senses. Sadly she could remember everything that had happened while she was under the effects of the catnip, and it left some scars that would never be healed. She was just glad that the effects didn't last a full week. She didn't know if her pride would recover from such a heavy blow.

''WHAT?!'' she yelled at him, obviously annoyed upon receiving such a rude welcome. She didn't stay to see what he wanted. She walked over to the tiny kitchen they had on the ship, gathering things to cook up a small breakfast. ''Why is it that every time I walk through a door I get yelled at...'' she grumbled to herself, cracking the eggs into a frying pan, starting to bake some eggs for herself and River. After all, she was the only real cook on the ship. While Rhaz and martin could make a decent meal for themselves, she was the one that knew how to cook delicious meals who actually give you the proper nutrients to stay strong.

River was outside lying on the deck when Rhaz called him and Mandy into the kitchen area for this little meeting, and to be honest he was fed up of not being able to do much, his rocket powered hands were fuelled by lemonade and that was a quickly running out resource. The cyborg grumbled under his breath as he sat up, before awkwardly shifting onto his knees so he could stand up. "WHEN CAN I GET SOME NEW ARMS?!" He shouted before finally being on his feet and stumbling forwards into the locked door causing a massive thud. "I swear to what ever cat gods made you open this door." He hissed, thoroughly pissed off that he had no arms and that he was made to sleep on the open deck again.

After a second he would take a few steps back and then charge at the door, booting it right at the lock to bust it open. When it opened it swung and smacked into the wall and the handle left a small hole there, and he fell flat on his ass. "Did you make Zen sleep out in the open air?" He asked as he slowly sat up again, if he got help from any of them he would feel more useless than he is now. In the way he did earlier he would shift his body so he was on his knees and then stand up. "Fucking cat nip sniffer" He sniffed as he walked over to Mandy to see what she was cooking, hoping it would be something to at-least taste nicer than what old men would cook up.

The young man would take one wiff of the eggs that Mandy was making and smile, finally something decent! The cyborg thought as he shifted to go and sit at the table, he couldn't help Mandy now and he was told by the old marine to save his rocket powered hands for big emergencies. "So what weird ass port are we landing at now? Is it to stock up on more cat nip? Fucking addict." He hissed, still obviously annoyed at Rhaz for his lack of arms.

Rhaz was a little surprised at how fast the two crewmembers appeared. Mandy was normally pretty quick but River had been whining and complaining and lollygagging about because he had lost his arms. He was such a wussy, he just had to learn to use his feet faster until they got him repaired. Rhaz coughed into his hand and looked over at Martin to see if he would help explain the situation but the marine had disappeared behind the paper once again, he was going to be no help.

“Well perhaps this will help improve your mood, you whiny tin can.” Rhaz grunted as he stood up and walked over to where Mandy was standing, shifting uncomfortably for a moment he took a breath and continued. “Martin has managed to find a brilliant mechanic who is also a world renown doctor, he should be able to fix you up in no time River.” Rhaz explained with a small nod.

It had been a few days but finding someone who was so capable seemed like a bit of a miracle it might also be too good to be true, but Rhaz continued anyway. “We’ve actually had him help us before, he saved us all when we were busted up a while back.” He added and he turned to look at Mandy trying to see if she remembered any of what he was talking about, perhaps she had buried it deep inside that part of the human brain we put things too emotionally scarring to ever deal with.

“He helped Zen out, fixed him up good, so I think you can trust him. You s-“ He was suddenly cut off as Martin bellowed out from the table. Shooting a grin over to River he nodded in the direction of Mandy and Rhaz as though signaling things were about to get good.

“Its Doctor Nekolai! We’re going to see. Doctor. Nekolai.”

She looked at River suspiciously out of the corner of her eye, wondering what he was planning. He would always get on her nerves one way or the other and this time it was because he kept reminding her of the catnip incident. She desperately wanted to forget it. ''if you bring up the catnip again I will poison your food, bottle opener'' she threatened halfheartedly. After that she stayed silent as she stirred the eggs and occasionally added salt and pepper, looking like she was zoning out the conversation.

Despite looking extremely bored and more focused on her breakfast she was listening quite closely to her captain. She knew that something must have riled him up to order their presence in such a angry way. When he looked at her to see if she knew she was talking about she kept her eyes on the eggs, but her brow furrowed up in confusion as she tried to remember what he was talking about.

But when Martin finally spoke up in what looked like a burst of excitement she remembered. In the back of her mind a tiny vault opened and let series of images flow out of it, making her re-experience the terrible events when she had first met this... 'doctor'. In a flash the frying pan with its contents went flying through the room straight for Rhaz. ''NO! I am NOT going back to that perverted man again! You're retarded if you think I'll ever go near him! I promised I would break his neck if I would ever see him again and I intend to keep that promise!'' she roared to them, all of her teeth having become sharp as she let her animal instinct show through her anger.

Sitting at that table River watched this scene in confusion, even Zen had locked this event away and never told anyone of that awful awful day. though he was happy that they had found a mechanic so quickly, it made him grin near instantly, but in this situation his naivety was going to be a great downfall. When Mandy showed her outrage and hatred towards the doctor and even calling Rhaz a retard seemed stupid. The frying pan flying and his breakfast going all over was one thing but out right refusing to let River get his arms fixed was something else that annoyed the cyborg entirely.

"OI! I don't care ow much of a nutter he is! If he is that bad just stay on the damn boat i am going to see him!" He roared at the tiger, fully on Rhaz's side for once. He stood up from his chair and waved his stumpy shoulders at Mandy. "Unless you have allot of lemonade i can't help, and being useless isn't what i wanna be." He said before moving over to martin to ask for a non biased opinion on the doctor.

"Hey... Martin... just how bad is this doctor?" He asked with a whisper, at-least this way he might get a real answer that isn't Mandy screaming her head off saying no. "Because Zen never mentioned no Doctor Nekolai..." He said while trying to hook chair with his ankle and pull it closer so he could take a seat.

“Guh!” Rhaz took the frying pan to the side of the head and the eggs went all over him, not to mention the hot skillet scalded him slightly upon impact before falling to the floor and landing on his toes. He let out another howl of pain and immediately lunged at Mandy, grabbing her arms and wrestling her up against the wall. This could be the start of some sort of hardcore porn if it wasn’t for the trickle of blood leaking down Rha’zik’s head as he held Mandy pinned against the wall and Martin was trying to contain his laughter.

Martin turned his attention back toward River and wiped a tear from the corner of his eyes from the little spectacle the two cats were putting on. “The good doctor is a genius… he knows his way around mechanics and the human body better than anyone alive… but that kind of genius often comes at a price. Nekolai is what some might call certifiable insane, and he lost his license to practice medicine years ago. They ran into him once before, he helped them out but Mandy had to put up with… a lot to get it to happen. Most of which she still blames on Rha’zik.” Martin explained.

“I am your captain and I say we need him, listen he knows us now, and he likes you… to say the least so he will be more likely to help us! Plus I need you for this Mandy, no one else can do this!” Rhaz growled as he continued to pin her arms against the hull of the ship not sure if she was going to rip his throat out or hit him with another piece of kitchen equipment.

“He’s not lying, the island we are going to has… strict rules and a very hostile environment… but you would fit right in, you could go ashore and secure us safe passage. Or at least you might be able to find Nekolai and convince him to help.” Martin added with a quick nod of his head.

Had she been in any other situation she would've laughed at Rhaz's now scalded head, but since she wasn't she settled with panting in anger and growling something from deep within her throat. The memories kept flooding in. The unspeakable things she had to go through when they first encountered the doctor. well... they were unspeakable to her. Her honor had taken the largest blow when on that island. And it wasn't even her own fault...

Nobody expected the female feline to sit quietly and not do anything when her captain pinned her. Of course not. She would always do the exact opposite. Her arms were of no use due to being pinned and Rha'zik was still a hell of a lot stronger than her. So she simply used her legs to stomp at his legs and chest. ''NO! I will not go back to that perverted man or do anything for him or YOU!'' she yelled as soon as her head had hit the wall.

She didn't stop her struggling until he said she was the only one who could do this and he needed her. She stopped moving for a short second, actually thinking over the idea this time. She didn't know what was going on or why she was the only one who would be able to recover the doctor and she actually wondered what would be the reason. However when she thought about what would be at stake she made up her mind. Sparing one glance at the cyborg that sat beside Martin she growled at herself for being so soft and not pushing what SHE wanted and not what THEY wanted. ''What's in it for me?'' she finally managed to mumble.

Martin's explanation of the doctor made everything just a bit more clear, but the cyborg was still a bit naive. He didn't want to believe that it would be such a bad experience that everyone was telling him it was going to be. With a sigh and a pinch of salt River shuffled back to sit at the table and wait for a new breakfast to be cooked. "I get new arms and you don't have to coo ka single thing for me... ever again." The cyborg said before looking over at her.

This was just one big annoyance for he whole crew, River needed new arms and Mandy didn't want to really help. Rhaz's position in all of this is still pretty un-known so visiting the loony doc might be a good option to get info on the what he is upto. "I'll also ever mention catnip ever again."

Rhaz grunted each time she kicked or stomped on him but he maintained his grip on her arms, her feet hurt but her claws hurt a lot more. When she seemed to be calming down somewhat he took a step back and let out a small sigh, at least this was progress. Martin quickly stood up and with a small nod excused himself to go steer the ship into port, they were only a few moment away now and it would be best they didn’t smash into a dock and get off on the wrong foot like they always inevitably did.

“I will give you whatever you want, I will be in your debt, a favor for a favor. You know that is better than I would ever make as an offer to anyone else.” Rhaz growled with a small nod before taking a step back and looking over at River. “You see the island is uhm… well Martin has given me a brief rundown but as far I can gather it is off limits to men. That means River and I will have to sneak ashore and move about more or less without causing any waves. You can move freely though and inquire about the good doctor, you will have a better chance of finding him.” Rhaz explained before taking a few more steps back and mulling over whether or not he should delve too far into the rest of the details.

“There are two factions controlling the island… they are, strange to say the least, but you will be able to blend in well enough that they won’t bother you. Martin said he will be landing us on a dock where you will be able to fit right in and be welcomed by the tribe that rules this side. River and I will wait a few moments and then follow you onto the shore, we will trail you until you manage to find Nekolai. It will be relatively simple and painless… so what do you say?”

Once Rhaz let her go she dropped back to the floor, having being slightly lifted as she was held against the wall. Her arms hurt due to the amount of pressure Rhaz had placed on her in order to keep her down, but she'd be damned if she'd show weakness by rubbing them in order to relieve herself of the pain. She simply crossed her arms over her chest.

The things that River suggested were tempting. Never having to do something for him ever again, never hearing about the catnip incident... it sounded very tempting. She gave herself a few moments to think about her situation. ''Fine... I'll search for him. But I WON'T let him touch me... or talk to me. or come near me...'' she mumbled, really not wanting to even go near the damn man. The things that he made her do before... ''and YOU wont rip off my clothes just to get his attention!'' she growled, pointing an accusing finger at him as a blush crept onto her cheeks. She knew how he tried to compensate that situation... she didn't want to think about it.

listening to the short explanation that Rhaz gave her she was glad to hear that there were no men on the island. ''But... then how does the doctor stay on the island? Is he in hiding?'' she asked curiously, though a frown was still in place.

River had managed to sneak a small bag of catnip into his stomach storage compartment before the entire lot went up in flames, he figured it would be best just incase any bad situations arose. Alas it would look like that once he got his arms back he would have to give it to the doctor, seeing as everyone keeps saying how Mandy was stripped and such for the doctors benefit. He might be able to use it and get a better payment. "Thanks... If you want i can also scratch behind your ears and give you a bely rub... Ya know make you feel better about the situation." The cyborg teased, though it was still a genuine offer he liked to have a playful tease with many every now and again.

"... I think i'll go and help Martin... Breakfast can wait..." River said as he realised how annoying he sounded, he would quickly slide off of the tool and walk towards the door and look back. He was wondering how the doctor stayed on the island as well, but that could be solved later on. Outside the cyborg would run to the helm of the ship and lean against the railing near martin. "Do you know what really happened with that doctor and the two tigers? Or are they just playing it up and being kittens about it?"

“Nekolai is a genius, and a dangerous one at that. His skills are unrivaled and he could tip the balance of several conflicts should he choose to work for one side or the other… Rha’zik and Mandy were the first people he has helped out of the goodness of his… I don’t want to say heart, libido perhaps. Mandy was stripped of more than her dignity in order to make their deal go down, so I assume she holds more than some anger about this.” Martin explained, his tone was serious and cold as he talked about Nekolai, though it quickly perked up as he poked fun at Mandy.

Rhaz let out a low sigh as the other two disappeared from the cabin and he quickly switched back to his human form, running his hand through his short hair he let out a low sigh. His eyes looked tired and the bags under his eyes were fairly noticeable. “Thank you Mandy, I know how much you do not wish to do this. I promise we will not stay long, we just need to get River patched up so we can continue our hunt for the Masked Man. He will be no use to us in his current condition.” Rhaz paused and smirked slightly. “Not that he is terribly useful in any form.”

Martin quickly brought the ship into one of the small docks presented in port for visiting ships, and before he had even managed to drop the anchor the dock seemed to be lined with troops. Small individuals dressed in strange revealing armor. They kept their distance and seemed to be waiting for them to make the first move. “We’ve arrived, Mandy may want to get up here quickly, I don’t think they will wait long for us to reveal our intentions!” Martin called down to the felines.

''damn right I don't want to do this...'' she mumbled more to herself than him. She was actually wondering why she did this in the first place. It's not like he owed Rhaz a favor. Though the sound of him owing HER sounding very tempting. That would definitely be useful in the future. Oh she was going to use that favor to its fullest potential. She observed Rhaz as he talked. It had not escaped her that he looked weird. She was still getting used to his new form. She preferred his other one, for then she didn't see the things she saw now.

She rubbed her face, preparing for the inevitable. She would have to go on that island and look for the damned doctor. She wondered how she would start searching for him. She guessed it would be best to start asking people to see if they saw anything. She scratched her head absentmindedly as she started moving up on the deck, leaving Rhaz behind to ponder over his own thoughts. She knew they were docked because the boat had rocked when Martin pulled the ship to the wooden platform. ''Well then... I'm going'' she said, still annoyed that she had to put up with this. She walked out the door that led out to the deck.

Once out in the open air she stared at the welcoming committee on the docks. All of the women on the docks were dressed in very revealing clothing and it made her shudder just looking at them. She wondered what they wanted as she just stayed on the deck, watching them and not knowing what to do. She would probably not look that friendly to them as the frown of annoyance was still present on her face.

River would nod in response to what Martin was saying, his eyes were too fixated on the port and all of the little girls that were around doing all different kinds of jobs... and all showing off alot of skin. Most were trying to show off features that could barely even be called features. These girls were young, probably pre-teen at best. "What the fuck did we just sail into?" The h-armless cyborg asked with a tilt to his head as he carried on observing the island. Some of the girls even saw him and shot foul looks as if he had flashed them and they didn't like it.

The boy shivered before looking down at Mandy, she had to endure this land where everyone was a young girl... It's probably why they don't allow any men on the island... Stop any bad ideas running through their minds. "Mandy, Be careful out there!"
