Tsuroshi Uzumaki stood fiddling with an unknown device in one of the busy tunnels of the Faux Village the leaders had constructed underground. It wasnt out of the ordinary, for this kid was passionate about research and development. The feild he was most interested in though was explosives. Many in the village thought he was trouble waiting to happen, for he was rather clusmy in nature, and the fact that his experiments left no room for error didnt mesh well. As Tsuroshi meddled, he would let out a rather bored sigh, Dropping the device into his right shirt pocket, he'd walk towards the poorly constructed sushi bar, one he was quite fond of, hoping for some food.

Another dull day at the underground Vilage. It stressed Yuina, alot. She used to loved walking down the streets of Konoha when young, actually feeling bad that her daughter had never really seen the true beauty that was their home, just the samurai riddled vilage in wich ninjas were forbiden to even use a simple jutsu or face threath of execution. Wearing a white Hakama-shita with black edges to it, no patter visible, the 35 year old Haruno leader was walking the streets of the vilage, stopping by the sushi bar that was so loved in the vilage. It was nothing too fancy but never-the-less, their friendlyness and well made sushi made up for it

Satoru, was in an open area near the Hyuuga barracks, Toma was pushing the length of his cane under his arm, trying to center the young lad's strike. Then a swift whack to the back of his left leg to strengthen his stance, a soft yelp making his calf tense. "Strike!" Toma bellowed, the clan genin and students following the next step to their form. The elder circled the group of young Hyuuga, once again using his cane to correct their stances. Luckily, he didn't need to adjust Satoru's as he stepped back to the had of the formation. "Strike!" He called again, his one good eye watching as the entire contingent had performed acceptable stances, now was the time for them to focus on mastering their stance. "Strike! Strike! Strike! Strike! Strike!" He had started a tempo, the hyuuga genin adjusting their strikes to match. "Enough!" The formation simultaneously ended their exercises, both arms winding up to slowly push downward as they exhaled. "Be seated." A clutter of sandals and robes filled the air as they sat cross legged, some students panting while others slowly breathed. Satoru was inattentively glancing around, however, which was met with a swift bark. "Satoru!" He instantly snapped back to face front, his cheeks growing red as Toma shook his head a bit. "Do your stretches, then you're dismissed, explore and have fun." He waved, walking away from their formation, the sound of his wooden cane against stone fading off into the distance.

The contingent smiled at each other before eagerly doing their stretches, making sure they stayed limber, taking each movement slowly to bring themselves down from their activities. After doing their routine stretches they all began to quietly socialize, Satoru stood, not really very social amongst his own clan. He decided to explore, walking through the halls of the Konoha Underground, illuminated by paper lanterns and various shops. They were crudely built but they sufficed to perform their jobs, finding one sushi bar to be intriguing, he had never tried sushi but had heard stories from his elder, Toma. The young Genin padded up to the structure, taking a seat where appropriate. The genin didn't wear shoes, using a chakra coating at all times to keep his feet safe from exposure while at the same time training his chakra focus. Toma had all of the genin do the same, shoes were handed down to students since there was no one available to make them where he had to set up his new clan settlement. Though, that might change now, shoes would be worn in battle to divert chakra to more important uses. The young Satoru wore loose, white robes, they were ruddy and had been repurposed from skeletal monks that had been trapped within the shrine.

With his stomach howling for food, the young Uzumaki fell quite sharply into the nearest seat at the bar. It wasnt just because of the ease of access, or obtaining the seat, but it was his favorite. Tsuroshi loved to follow the beaten path, falling into rutts here and there along the way, much unlike his experimental ways. As he glanced at the menu, he'd pic his favorite selection, whch was always his only selection, and give it too the cook in a form of airy breaths only the most attentive of persons could make out. It wasnt so much as he was shhy but more towards the standoffish type.

Four minutes and thirty seven seconds had passed since the child had been waiting for his food, until, much to his surprise, the cook had finished the sushi fifteen seconds early. Tsuroshi would look at the man and cock his head, giving him the most confused look as possible. "Its alright, i saw you comming and had already started preparing befre you walked in." The older man would state, handing Tsuroshi the platter with a ppair of chopsticks. "...thanks." he'd quietly mouth to the man, poking around at his food with a look of anxiety smeared across his fair-skined face.

Tsurooshi finally dug into the plate only moments before he noticed an older woman with a strange hue of hair waltz in the to shop. Out of sheer annoyance, Tsuroshi's face turned even more red than it already was, stooping own into his chair just a little further. There was a reason why he always came at this time, for, after much calculation, he had figured that this certain time was when the bar was the quietest, and people-free. Much to his dismay another erson entered, a younger person, but a person nonetheless. "...grea.." his unmatured vooice would resonate softly, its chime too dull to even finish the last syllible.

Yuina padded inside the structure and nodded to the cook, who greeted her with a happy smile. "Yuina-chan! How are you today? I'm surprised Asuka isn't tagging along as usual" the cook said. Yuina simply smiled and giggled "Oh she's around. Probably eating the ramen stand right now... I don't know why but she was never fond of sushi" she said and walked over to a seat by the counter, a bit more secluded than the first few ones.

The Haruno took her time but finally ordered the days special and some green tea, her eyes semi closed and smilling. Yuina was relaxed, wich was faily uncommon for the younger Haruno members but shes the leader and knew her what to dos. As the food was served, the cook spoke to her "So how is your search for the lost Haruno members going?" he asked. Yuina would let out an heavy sight "Not that good. Right now i have less than half a dozen active nins, including myself, my daughter, and the two elders..."

The cook nodded "Aye. I have been keeping an eye out for anybody asking for you however." Yuina nodded and smiled, pulling out a sketchbook and starting to draw an image of the Konoha she grew on, when ninjas were free and not controlled by the samurai

Satoru plopped into the seat next to the younger man rather than the older looking woman as he identified more with someone closer to his age...sort of. He eyed the Uzumaki's plate, leaning up into his face to directly ask. "Is that good?" He was rather naive in the ways of other people as being secluded with his own clan within a mountain shrine left little for manners. Toma had told him about different personalities but neglected to teach him how they can be identified. This was for him to learn on his own, expectantly waiting for the Uzumaki to answer before turning to the bar tender. "I want that!" He exclaimed, pointing to the Uzumaki's plate, not really knowing what any of it was or how it would taste. It was a wonder how he'd be so adamant about socializing with his own clan but to make a scene in front of complete strangers. He was met with a smile upon the aged worker's face, happy to see such a upbeat ninja in such dark times. The young Hyuuga's milky eyes darting around to explore how the sushi was rolled, the smell of chilled fish and rice, the air as several employees breezed by.

Tsuroshi would sink into his chair further as he noticed the boy sit down next to him. His young body coping with the unease by shivering oh so slightly. Unannounced, the boy would lean into his plate, and his face, which he attempted to cover. As soon as the young Hyuuga spoke Tsuroshi's head tilted upward, staring at the teenager in the face. His eyes bugged out, mouthed drooped open, and his head twitching, The young Uzumaki looked horrid. It wasn't much of a scare tactic, more towards Tsuroshi freaking out. His facial features remaining the same way, hoping for the Hyuuga to move, or for someone to pull him out of there.

Yuina sat, sketching on her book before she noticed the two boys looking at eachother oddly. Taking a sip of her tea, she would smile and siglaned to the cook to come over. Reaching in, she would whisper something to him before nodding. The cook would smiled and reached under the bar and pulled out two candy bars, walking over to the two young ones "...The Haruno offers you these, do enjoy..." he said and looked at Tsuroshi "...Calm down already, nobodys going to kill you!"

Everything seemed alright for a few before Asuka bursted into the bar "MOOOOOM!!!!!" she screamed out and ran her way to her mother, tugging her outfit "You promised to join me at the ramen stand today!!! YOU PROMISEEEEDDDD!!!!" she seemed to almost be weeping. The younger Haruno seemed to be throwing a hissy fit. Yuina looked down "...Asuka, I've been eating ramen for two weeks straight now! Im eating Sushi today and thats final!" she said, holding her ground.

Asuka's eyes started to water and she mumbled "But you promised me ramen for a year...." she said, trying to guilt trip her own mother. Yuina grinned "I promissed once a day, theres allways dinner!" this made the girl calm down "...Promise?" she asked and her mother nodded "I promise" she said and looked at the two boys "Go see if you make new friends now" she said

Asuka Giggled and ran over to Satoru and Tsuroshi, sitting next to Saturo and smilling at the Cook "The usual for me!" she said and looked at Saturo "Never seen you around! My name's Asuka, what's yours?"

Satoru didn't seem to notice the Uzumaki's reaction, sitting back in his seat as he started to get a little bored of watching the employees work, luckily, another ninja around his age had appeared. "My name's Satoru." He waved a bit. "Yeah, I haven't been around here, until recently that is." The young hyuuga seemed to calm down once the somber memories of isolation and militarism. "We had received an invitation to attend a meeting here in the Underground. Our leader, Tomajikate did all of the talking, luckily it seemed like we were welcome here." He smiled a little. "He's a little strict but he's nice." He assured her.

Tsuroshi calmed down just a small ammount as the Hyuuga moved away from him, but he ws still a little close for comfort. -why is this place so busy- he'd think to himself, keeping the same facial feature as he watch the two younger people converse. Just then, his stomach decided to growl once more, for he wasnt able to eat his fill before the group arrived. The Uzumaki would dive into his plat with his chopsticks, shoveling food into his mouth, then returning the gaze of horror, wiith his mouth oen while chewing, and his head twitching towards the hyuuga and the younger Haruno, not even paying attention to the cook with the chocolate bar.

Whats wrong with him?" she whispered and rose a brow, looking at Tsuroshi

Satoru rubbed the back of his head nervously, his blank eyes darting around a bit. "Hyuuga." He replied finally, shaking his head. "First time I've met him, looks like social anxiety on a stellar level." He teased, shaking his head, he obviously lacked tact when it came to social engagement. He deftly reached a hand out and scooped up the candy bar the bar tender had placed on the counter. He quickly opened the candy before eating, looking at the bar tender for a moment. "Thanks, mister." He looked down, wondering what else he should say, he didn't really have that much more to tell, there wasn't all that much to be told.

As the civilians who were enjoying their sushi sat inside, a commotion seemed to take place in the streets outside. The voices of people shouting in surprise would be heard, as well as some angry shouts. One sound, however, would remain ever constant as it seemed to grow closer. That sound, was the shouting of a child.

In the middle of the serene peace that surrounded the sushi bar like an aura, a sudden spark would ignite everything. A young boy, who was only slightly shorter than Tsuroshi, came darting in, a sever look of panic in his eyes. In his arms, which were crossed over his chest, a loaf of bread was tucked, half-eaten. In a haze of panic, the boy would dive past the group, hiding in the corner behind Tsuroshi. The hiding attempt was foiled, however, as his dirty blonde hair was difficult to miss. His tan skin didn’t help in blending in either.

Only a few seconds would pass before a gruff older man, who appeared who be in his late thirties, burst into the bar, a wooden plank in his hands “Where’d that kid get to? Anyone see a blonde haired kid come through here?” he would ask in a tone of pure rage. The boy apparently had wronged this man somehow, but the cause was unknown.

Tsuroshi seemed to be calming down in the midst of the conversation between the two other kids in the room, even though they we're talking about him. He'd rather be talked about, then talked to. As his mouth finally shut and his eyes reduced back to normal, the Uzumaki turned to the door as he heard a shout, Not expecting the younger kid to run towards and behind him which triggered his anxiety once more. Tsuroshi turned his head as far as it could go, staring at the new arrival, his face contorted back to its creepy figure. His neeck was force so far around that the stool he sat upon creaked ever so slowly towards the new found intruder.

After a few moments, the man who was searching for the kid darted into the bar, shouting something. Tsuroshi couldnt make out what he was saying, but the fact that his eyes darted from the man to the boy numerous times might give the small boy away.

Asuka heard her mother calling and wuickly finished her ramen before walking over to the place she was in "I'm sorry to cut this short boys but we must be going" Yuina said and Asuka lowered her head "If you want to talk to me later, just show up at the Haruno place" she smiled before seeing ehr mother pay the tab and reaching over to the man who had bursted in "...Here, this should pay for the expenses... Just get going before my Haruno evil side kicks in..." she said before grabbing Asuka's hand and walked out with a smile, like nothing had happened

Satoru silently watched as the apparent thief hid behind the anxiety stricken Uzumaki, he didn't intervene either way, wanting to see if the older man would catch on to the Uzumaki's facial expression centered on the one hiding behind him. He silently munched on his chocolate bar, though a familiar face entered the sushi bar behind the man. "Satoru, the others have gathered for our second round of practice, it's time to go." He offered his free hand toward the hyuuga, trying to keep the lad out of the developing situation thanks to his lack of interaction outside of the clan. Satoru waved idly to the Uzumaki before he was lead away by the Hyuuga elder, once again, the sound of the wood cane against the stone floor fading off through the tunnel...

Stricken with fear, the young boy couldn’t help but shiver behind the chair that the Uzumaki child was sitting on. The anger in the older man’s voice was frightening, and seemed to draw the attention of everyone within the bar. With all of those eyes watching, the child seemed struck with anxiety, as he could no longer even breathe properly. It was like a heavy pressure was pushing down on his chest, preventing all speech and movement.

The older man, on the other hand, was quite confident. As he strolled through the bar, he would brush the money from the Haruno woman aside. Money wasn’t what he was after, it was payback. Everything seemed to get worse as the man approached the stool that Tsuroshi was rested upon, and the child’s hiding place was about to be found.

“I’d appreciate it if you didn’t scare my customers, Juro” the man at the front desk would say while in the middle of rolling a fresh batch of sushi. The moment the older man heard this, he would let out what seemed to be a mix between a growl and a sigh. With a quick, angry movement, the man would leave, enticing a sigh of relief from the chef himself. “You can come out now Kentei…”

It took a bit, but eventually the young boy would crawl out from behind the stool. His face was a mess, covered with a mix of dirt and tears. It was rather obvious that he was scared, but his grip on the loaf of bread didn’t loosen a single bit.

Tsuroshi noticed the man's evil glare pinpointed in their location after a mixed set of words was forced from his obstructive voice, silencing oout everyone within the room. As the man moved closer, Tsuroshi did something even he didnt realize, his left hand crawled forward towards the young boy's arm, readying himself to grab the boy and run far from where they were currently located. The sense of protectiveness was an instinct Tsuroshi very rarely uused, as this was the first time it had even happened.

As he went to stand, a sigh of relief came over him when the bartender seemed to calm the man down, as he eventually left. As the man did so, Tsuroshi quickly retracted his hand. hiding it within his oversized jacket. Even his head lowered a bit, as if he was hiding it from view, even though he had very short hair.

The bartender smiled towards the two young boys as he worked. He would finish rolling the batch of sushi, placing some on a plate and sliding it down the counter towards the stools they were at. Everything in the sushi bar seemed to calm down, all of the chatter seemed to pick up, and everyone went about their normal business days.

Kentei soon turned towards the bartender, offering a small bow as his repayment for the kind actions that he was shown, yet again. Due to the reactions that everyone had, especially the bartender, it was pretty obvious that this kind of thing happened often. In a slow movement, Kentei would pick up the plate which held the sushi on it. With a turn of his body, he’d hold the plate out towards Tsuroshi, his eyes would finally come into view. Like most of his clan members, Kentei possessed bright violet eyes, which looked quite beautiful in the light. “T-thank you..” he would mutter in a meek little voice, his shyness taking true form. As he hugged the bread close to his body, the bartender would lean over the counter again

“You know, Kentei, the more you steal from people the more your father will have to hear about it later. I know that you don’t mean any harm by it, but you know what kind of man Jugo is. At least wait here until your old man comes to pick you up, alright?” the bartender would say in a calm and kind voice, which seemed to calm Kentei down a bit more. This was the first time Kentei was caught when taking something, so he would surely get punished for it later.

Not soon afterwards Asuka would walk back in, giggling gently. She noticed Kentei and Tsuroshi still there and walked over "...I didn’t expect you two to still be here" she had picked up part of the conversation between Kuro and the cook, sitting next to Kentei and smiling "...Hey... You alright?" she asked, for once sounding like a worried girl.

Asuka wasn’t one to judge a person by the first impression, unless the first impression struck her as pretty damn bad but minor steal? What kid in their life hadn’t stolen something before? Asuka had done it once, not like it mattered, it had just been an apple from the grocery store.

"Heyas. I'm Asuka" she smiled and looked at Tsuroshi "...It’s the second time I’m here today and that boy hasn’t said a damn word yet" she sat up and tried poking Tsuroshi in the back "Hey! Say something! We're not going to eat you!"
