Ah, good. She at least had some sort of hesitation. He would've written her off as an absolute lunatic if she really had no reservations about being cut. He didn't get a fresh supply of bodies off of bludgeoning them over the head though. Livewire's natural charisma would hopefully be able to quell any fears she had of the medical magic he was to perform.
"I can assure you, on my honor as a doctor, that you won't feel a thing, and I won't hurt you in any way that I won't immediately fix. There's measures I can easily take to ensure that this goes as smoothly as possible. If you still feel uncomfortable with the idea, then we don't have to do anything right now. It's completely up to you."
If she didn't want to go throught with it, that was fine too. Glacial had already expressed an interest in learning magic from him, so they'd likely meet again in the near future.

Glacial was relieve that she did not have to get a demonstration right away of his medical magic. Especially on her self. The very notion just did not sit right with her. Despite the fact that this pony was a Doctor. "I'm sure you are really good with what you do... but I'm still not over sure about the whole thing though." She looked down slightly. It was a bit selfish of her to not trust in the Doctors skills, but medical practices such as this, especially by a vision impaired pony that she had just met did not garner the most comforting of feelings in her.
"Though I'd like to see it one day... if you have any planned appointments that I can perhaps observe, then I could perhaps witness that instead?" She would much rather to see his magic that way verses on herself. "If that's ok?" Glacial asked tilting her head.

Livewire smiled and sheathed the scalpal back in his mane. An intelligent pony with common sense had just asked him if he wanted to meet again. This was going to be a good day for him; He could just feel it. The hybrid held out his hoof to Glacial.
"It's no problem at all. I'm glad to see that you have enough sense to not let some pony you just met cut you with a blade. I believe Mr. Barricade has a check-up about three days from now, in the evening. If you'd like to stop by the manor then, just tell the owner you're in to see me. He'll point you my way."
He turned his eyes skyward and stared for a second at the clear sky. The hybrid knew that she'd come out here for a clear night, which it certainly appeared to be. Maybe there was one branch of his powers that he could show her. Livewire turned back to Glacial.
"You said you could make a minor rain cloud, yes? If so, I could show you something I can do that's not medical-based."

"Three days from now is fine." Glacial nodded in response. Apparently Doctor Therapy did some sort of.. aptitude test or something to test her own willingness to do something with some pony she had just met. Apparently she answered the right way. She wondered what would of happened if she did not, but that can be thought about later. That's when the Doctor had offered a non medical based magic demonstration.
"Yes I can make a minor rain cloud." She echoed his statement. "What does that have to do with you though?" Glacial tilted her head. What exactly can this pony do besides medical magic?

Livewire simply looked back at Glacial, still smiling. Now she was starting to ask questions. It'd be much more fun if it were a surprise though. He'd have to convince her to just go ahead with her spell, so he could add his personal touch to it.
"I assure you, medical spells, though what I'm well-known for, are not my most proficient spells. If you'd be so kind as to create that rain cloud, it will become evident what I can do rather quickly."
The illusionary barrier surrounding the area began to fade away, out of sight of anypony but the one who cast it in the first place. If Livewire was going to put on a show, he wanted all of Ponyville to be witness to it, if only for the short while that it would be active.

Glacial shrugged... last time she did this it was during the day.. and it attracted the attention of Blade here. Maybe that would not be the case this time. It was a night... and it would take a bit of time given the current conditions.. afterall it was a scheduled clear night. That's the reason she picked tonight to star gaze. "Alright I'll create a small rain cloud." She nodded and began focusing on gathering what moisture there was available tonight. She was going to have to borrow all she could. It was drier than average for this time of the year.
As her horn started to glow brighter...a small grey cloud began to grow above them.. it was illuminated some by the moon light some, but lucky it was not a full moon or it would appear much brighter than it normally would. Once enough moisture was brought together a few rain drops began to form as the moisture clumped together to the aerosols that were naturally present at any given time. She focused a bit more as a light rain steady rain began to fall. The cloud was about the size of a few acres of land now.
She stopped focusing and took a deep breath as she looked at her creation. "There we go..one rain cloud." Unlike Pegasus.. she had to actually create the cloud and allow it time to form droplets itself....Pegasi actually physically moved already present clouds... and forced the water out via their own special ways.

Livewire had seen several things in his travels back in his younger days, but this...this was a sight to see. He was actually awestruck for a moment. As many times as he could read about these types of spells in books, it was always something else entirely to actually see them performed. He gathered his thoughts and looked at the sky, his horn lighting up with a bright red glow this time.
The electrical charge of the area slowly started to shift, unbalancing itself a great deal. Within under a minute, small bolts of lightning were starting to be seen within the cloud, illuminating the sky for brief periods of time. He wasn't about to stop his demonstration right there. There was so much more to show. The winds in the area began to pick up as well, as the cloud expanded, the moisture in the air surrounding the town being drawn to it. With the reaction already self-sustaining, his horn stopped glowing.
He turned over towards Glacial once more, and levitated his cloak off of his own body and over to her. With the cloak floating, he turned around and started walking off, back towards the manor, the wind now starting to howl. The cloud formation continued it's expansion, the lightning inside becoming more violent, as the rain turned into a torrent.
"There's a storm coming, Ms. Breeze! Feel free to borrow that for now! You can return in when we meet again!"
With a blinding strike a lightning directly behind him, Livewire disappeared from Glacial's sight, which was already obscured by the sudden downfall of pouring rain.

Glacial was as awestruck as Doctor Therapy was when he had begun to manipulate the electrical fields with in the could. Once enough charge was built up a few strokes of lightening signaled the start the thunderstorm. The only problem was... the added instability to the cloud started a chain reaction. The added instabitly as well the contrast between the dryer than average air and a sudden area of moisture created a micro dry front. This was only amplified further by the drop in temperatures caused by the rain in the immediate area. The temperature gradient, compounded with the dewpoint gradient, plus the tweak that the Doctor had done to her little cloud had said off a reaction that was left out of her control.
"Wow..." Glacial stated as the she turned back to Doctor Therapy. He gave her some cheesy line about a storm coming. You don't say!!! Glacial stated in her mind. And with that he ran off... leaving her with this issue. Not only that she was getting soaked!
"Oh.. this turned out completely different than I thougth..." With the storm out of her control now... Glacial took back off toward town as well to escape the rain after gathering her now soaked items. She would leave the Pegasi in charge of weather to take...care of the clean up.
She would meet this pony in three days. If only to give him her 'thanks' for such ... a unique night.
