Almost as quickly as it had pervaded the air about the two of them, the feeling suddenly returned to its normal lighthearted feeling as Fizzy's smile returned. "Well, the soda shop takes up most of my time, but when I'm alone I just like to be a silly pony." she admitted, before going on. "Oh, you should have seen this one time I tried to see how high my bubbles could take me, but before I got too far a bunch of pegasi started crowding around me, trying to warn me of something... I think it was something along the lines of what would happen when the bubble popped, but I didn't pay attention, and I got really, really high!" she said, before pausing. "Come to think of it... how did I get down?" she asked herself, frowning for a moment before giggling. "Oh well, as long as I'm still alive it's all fine with me."

Trixie gave a good laugh at Fizzy's story and smiled. "Trixie does not get too silly most of the time, but if she did, Trixie doubt she could hope to match your antics." she said, amused by Fizzy but not fully believing her.

"Oh, that reminds Trixie..." she spoke, levitating her check-list out from her saddlebag. She looked at it for a moment before returning Fizzy's sparkly gaze. "Fizzy would not happen to know where fireworks are obtainable in Ponyville, would she? Trixie is in desperate need of them and her show would not be the same without them to enhance her spectator's experiences."

(Funny you should mention fireworks, that's Fizzy's special talent in her UK backstory.)

"Fireworks? Sure, hold on just a second." she replied, leaving the table for a few minutes. A number of sounds could be heard from the kitchen during this time, but at last Fizzy came back out, pulling a rather large box with her teeth over to the counter, before lifting it up off the ground and setting it on display. "I've got sparklers, roman candles, smoke bombs, most common types of fireworks, really. Feel free to take a look." she offered, kicking open the chest to reveal a large number of explosives.

(Trixie did some research and found it oddly coincidental, she felt obligated to include it.)

Trixie grinned with glee and browsed through the chest, levitating several out at a time and examining them. She found them to be just the kinds she was looking for! None of those cheap knock-off brands that she had to deal with in the Big Top or on the road. Trixie picked out around a dozen roman candles, a hoof-full of small rockets, and two spinning pin-wheels. She placed them on the counter delightedly and took out the appropriate amount of bits from her saddlebag before noticing something.

"Why exactly does the owner of a soda shop have such an abundance of fireworks for Trixie to buy? Not that she is complaining, but Trixie is just curious." she asked Fizzy while placing the bits on the counter.

"I just like fireworks, they're really pretty, especially when seen through these." she said, smiling as she accepted the bits. "But then again, I really love any sort of light nowadays. My personal favorite are the sparklers; they're really cheap to buy and really easy to make, and they don't make any loud noises." she said, taking another drink of her soda. "I wouldn't mind learning how to make anything bigger, but I'm afraid it'd disrupt my business, so I just have to settle with what I can."

Trixie levitated the fireworks and tried to stuff them into her bag, but unfortunately they were too large all together, so she had to settle for balancing some on her back. She found herself becoming more and more interested with Fizzy's life and personality as they talked, which she felt slightly disturbed with. Trixie was accustomed to talking with herself most of the time, and not about such trivial things as bubbles and fireworks. She thought to herself and decided that it was not that bad, especially when dealing with a fun pony like Fizzy.

"You craft these fireworks yourself? Fizzy is a pony of many talents, Trixie sees! Say..."

It was at this point where things began to clash. Trixie's new ideas were floating in with her old ones, and they did not like to meet each other, sit down, or have a pleasant conversation as Trixie and Fizzy were doing. Trixie's mind began to flutter about with several possibilities, many saying "No!" and others saying "Yes!". Trixie felt lost in the swarm of disagreements, but decided to make the choice herself.

"...would Fizzy be interested in helping out Trixie with her performances?" she plainly asked, disguising the passionate yelling going on within her head.

"Oh, no... no, just the sparklers. I'd probably endanger the town if I tried making something big..." she replied, giggling slightly in an attempt to pass over such a sensitive matter before what Trixie said next surprised her. "Help... you?" she asked, her ears perking up. "Well, I can help you for your performances while you're here in Ponyville, but I really do need to stay here to make sure the shop is running alright. I'm the only one who works here, after all. So... when's your show? Is it tonight, or...?" she asked, giving a smile.

Trixie was slightly disappointed, but she could understand Fizzy's position and accepted it for what it is. It was a silly idea anyway, Trixie had always been a one-mare performance. "That's fine, Trixie was just wondering." she honestly spoke. "Trixie's show will be this weekend in the town square, and now with these fireworks she is fully prepared for it!" she said confidently. "She thanks Fizzy again, Trixie has been looking for these for a couple of days here in Ponyville. Apparently they are not that popular as a product save for discerning mares such as yourself."

"I'm sorry I couldn't help you further..." she apologized, closing the chest once Trixie had taken what she had wanted and paid for it. "But I'm looking forward to the show, and like I said if you want me to help with it I'd be more than happy to."

Trixie shook her head from side to side. "Trixie assures Fizzy that is it quite alright. The show must go on after Ponyville, with only one mare at the helm as usual. The Spectacular and Spell-Binding Trixie would love to have Fizzy view her show. In another matter, if Fizzy really wants to help Trixie out, she could sell Trixie more of her delicious and appetizing soda."

Trixie tossed a large amount of bits on the table with her mouth. "Two boxes please, varied flavors if Fizzy is up to the task." she said excitedly. Trixie already felt a slight buzzing in the back of her head, but she did not care, for she had a taste of Fizzy's craft and could not resist having more to drink.

Trixie looked in her coin purse however, and her rainy-day supply was already half gone. She told herself to ration her supplies from now on, after buying the right show supplies, necessary foodstuffs and... sodas. The Great and Powerful Trixie suppressed a small giggle.
