Glacial chuckled at Wavelengths initial reaction to her request. She was wondering how he would react at her request of a non war story would go. This was going to be a good one she could feel it. Leaning back to get more comfortable in preparation for the story, she took another sip of her drink.
As Glacial Breeze listened on, she was more than happy at her selection of stories. This was story was littered with great material indeed. She waved off the part about Wavelength language in regard to sluts. "It's fine. I've heard worse." She stated before listening to Wavelength continue to the story.
Once Wavelength had finished his story, Glacial could no longer contain her self as she started laughing historically. Once she had gotten that out of her system, mind you it took a bit time, she finally was able to add some input into his story.
"So ... let me get this straight. You, Major Wavelength, tried to seduce THE Princess Celestia at the request of some famous mare while drunk." She summarized the events. That sounded even more ridiculous than it was before. "There are no words. I bet the look on the Princess face was priceless." She stated while banking one of hoofs on the table. "Your lucky the Princess was as nice as she was and only put you in the dungeon till you sobered up."
Changing subjects "You sure were a play colt though. Three mare in one night... and a famous one at that." Glacial whistled some mockingly. "Impressive. Not even the cadets have told a story involving that many. Yes they bragged about their threesomes etc. But none have claimed your feet of three in one night." Glacial chuckled and leaned forward against the table again. "Just how many have you swooned over the years?" Glacial grinned. "With your steady progress through the ranks to where you are now. It must be pretty high up there now."
Glacial had gotten caught up in the story nearly forgetting that there was also Prima Donna at t he table as well. So she had given little thought of how her reaction to his story would be.

Prima let out a small giggle at Wave's story. "Well well well." Donna said. "What strange things alcohal can do to a pony? And a military pony at that. My my my that was quite a story. And with that Wave, I do wish to apologize for the way I acted earlier. I really am not usually like that." She really was sorry. She noticed that the mare was more interested in his stories than in him. Maybe if Wave were to leave for a minute, she would be able to ask this mare how she was able to get Wave without even trying.

Wavelength thought back to all of the mares that he had seduced in his years, "I can't really give you an exact number, but its got to be well over fifty, but I think less than a hundred. I'm sure if you asked someone else they could give you a better guess, but I usually just answer this question with the age old 'a lot,'" he said with a chuckle.
"But yeah," Wave said as he picked up his new drink, "If I was anyone else, the Princess would probably have me banished from the country for what I did that night. However, its all based on who you are and who you know at the end of the day, and I happen to be very important and I know a lot of very important ponies," He said with a shrug, "That tends to be how the world works at this point."

Wavelength sure was experience, which warranted Glacial to give an impressive whistle. 'Alot' was the right way to word that after that many mares. Glacial was a bit speechless at this point. Frankly, she was a bit surprised he would even admit to that many mares. She mustered a slow shake of her head in response.
"Yea." She stated slowly getting over that comment. "I guess you can count your blessings you knew who you knew then." Glacial gave a quick glance over to Prima Dona. Despite the story that Wavelength had given she was still around. This was also a bit alarming to her. She specifically chose this story as a partial scare tactic to make her a bit uncomfortable given the subject matter. Well that was not quite to plan. Glacial thought to her self.
She really seemed not to be put off by Wavelengths story. With her last gulp of her current drink, Glacial was ready for her next as she waved the bar keep over. "A hard cider this time." She grinned at the Bar tender and waved at him as he walked away to make her next drink.
"So ..." Glacial smirked looking toward the yellow haired pony. "What brought you out to this bar tonight then... ?" Glacial would prefer to here another story from Wavelength, "too pick up the first Stallion you see?" She gave a slight chide. Alright.. let's see just what kind of character this pony here is. Maybe it was the alcohol slowly taking effect for Glacial or what. She was getting a wee bit more aggressive and wanted to poke a few buttons now.

Donna chuckled at the mare's chide. "No. It wasn't." Donna then said. "I actually didn't plan on picking up anypony. I actually came her to relax on my vacation and have a drink."

Wavelength chuckled, "Trust me, I've had to count my blessings for that multiple times over the course of my life," he said as he took a sip of his drink, "Never for the same reason as that night, but I think that goes without saying. Its a good thing that history doesn't tend to repeat itself all that often in my life, at least when it comes to things that most would consider undesireable."
Donna's comment had actually thrown Wavelength off quite a bit, "You didn't come into the bar with the intention of picking someone up? That's rather odd considering your behaviour when you first entered and accosted me. I remember you threw around a few terms that would suggest that you wanted me to come home with you right at the beginning of the conversation. Something along the lines of 'Just admiring the view' and a few other things that I personally preferred to ignore. Now, most ponies tell me that I'm rather bold, and I tend to agree, but I've never seen a bigger lack of subtlety than what you brought to the bar tonight."
He then turned back to Glacial, "Mares being so bold used to be such a turn on for me, especially when I was in my somewhat shy stage when I really didn't know where to go with my life, but now I just see it as a sign of desperation. Maybe its just because I've gotten older, I'm not really sure, but I've started to prefer the mares that just ignore me until I approach them."

Glacial Breeze was not convinced of Prima Dona's answer. "Really now?" She tilted her head questionably. Apparently Wavelength was not convinced of her answer either. Though his words were a bit more piercing than what Glacial Breeze had muttered. Oh.. wavelength calling her out hard on that one. Glacial sat up straighter at his comments.
Wavelength had turned her head back to her and said a rather curious you statement. I wonder how many Mares would actually fit in to that category. "Well isn't that a rather risky method of choosing a potential Mare?" Glacial was honestly a bit surprised at that statement. How many mares would actually ignore him till he had come to them. "Your status alone and figure alone would draw many mares attentions right away." She explained.
Before getting in answer the bar tender brought over her next drink. "OH hold that thought." She stated at the and took a sip of her next drink. This was one was a bit stronger than her first. The night had just begun. The conversations.. just beginning as it were.

"I think you presumed too much sir." Donna then said. "All I did was compliment you and casually flirt with you. How did you get from that to 'I wanna buck ou sooooo hard.'? And if you recall, I was not that bold. You talked first. And maybe my flirting was not subtle, but at least that was all I planned to do. So I apologize if I came off that way. It was not my intention. And I'm surpized that you were not expecting a mare to eye you up."

Wavelength shook his head at Prima's answer, he could care less what this rather odd looking mare had to say, she had been acting strange since she had entered the bar. However, there wasn't really much he could do about her presence outside of just asking her to leave. "Maybe you're right, Miss, but if your intention was harmless flirting then you already achieved your goal, and managed to get me rather annoyed with you in the process. Also, if all you wanted was to flirt with me, why did you follow me over here when I went to go speak with Miss Breeze? Its not like I told you that you should accompany me over to her. Perhaps you need to learn when to leave ponies who obviously want nothing to do with you alone."
He took a long sip of his drink, almost emptying it, and then placed it back on the bar and started walking towards the exit, it was about time that he headed home. He was an odd mix of annoyed and happy. Happy that he had finally met Glacial, that mare all of the Cadets were always talking about, and annoyed that he had met Prima, the pony who didn't seem to know how to conduct herself in social situations. He approached the bartender and levitated some bits over to him to pay for his drink, "Do you think you can deliver a message for me to Miss Glacial Breeze?"
The bartender nodded, and brought out a pen and paper to write down the note, "Tell her that if she wants to hear more stories that she is welcome to my home whenever she feels the desire to come over. My address is 2140 Officer Drive in the Upper district," With that, Wavelength walked out the door of the bar and out into the streets. Outside there were still ponies wandering around, trying to get to their destination for the night. A vast majority of them called to him, wondering if he would like to join them for a drink. However, every time they asked, Wavelength always answered with a polite refusal.
It didn't take long for Wave to get back to his home where he promptly poured himself a glass of water and brought out a small stack of papers of various projects waiting for approval. "I should really get a secretary or something to take care of these more mundane matters," he said as he picked up a piece of paper that looked an awful lot like a rework of the Airforce's casual wear uniforms, "Or at least someone that knows a bit more about fashion."

Glacial sighed a bit disappointed that Wavelength was leaving so early. She had not even got to finish her second drink. Glacial gave a small smile and waved to him good bye before turning back toward looking at her half empty second drink. "I was hoping he stay for at least a few more drinks." Glacial stated disappointingly before looking over at Prima Dona. Partially the fault layed in this pony she saw before her. Granted Prima did have a right to be somewhat upset. Wavelength did kind of ditch her to come speak with herself.
"Well I guess we both did not achieve what we set out for tonight then." She lowered her head to the table and looked at her mug. "I'm not even sure if I wanted another drink after that." She stated with obvious pout in her voice. "I'm sorry for the trouble I might of caused you though miss." Glacial muttered an apology. I did at least manage one story though.. was not a total loss. Glacial reasoned to herself.
