Name: Rain Dancer Race: Pegasus Gender: Mare Physical Description: Incredibly unkempt, but entirely spotless in terms of dirt and muck. Has grey fur and a grey-blue mane, which has the appearance of attempted trimming by means of claws and disintegration. Magenta eyes. Personality: Rain Dancer is a mess. She doesn't seem to understand most of the ins and outs of modern society, and she has all the social manners and behaviors of a wolf. She's distinctly jumpy around ponies and clear skies both, feeling far more comfortable on a cloudy day. Bio: In heritage and skills Rain Dancer is incredibly ordinary, however her history is anything but. As a young filly she followed the path most do, enlisting in flight school at Cloudsdale Academy. However, several years into her training, she suffered an accident that led her on an entirely different path. A freak weather factory accident resulted in a storm cell forming and tearing through the Academy dormitories. Rain Dancer herself watched as several of her friends were killed by collisions or lightning, however she herself was spared. When the storm passed, Rain Dancer found herself over the ocean in a large cumulonimbus cluster, miles from Cloudsdale itself. What was more worrying was the fact that she was sheltered by the grasp of a large spectral creature - a Canis Major. The storm was set on it's path and the pair of them were not enough to redirect it, nor could Dancer fly far enough to make it to the mainland on her own. And so, she remained for so long that eventually she came to consider the Canis her last family, adopting its mannerisms and even its feeding habits. Several years and several stormfronts later, Rain Dancer found herself back on Equestrian shores - bringing her adoptive guardian with her to her former homeland, attempting to fill the gap left by loss of family, friends and all links to society.
