"Ah, yes. The wing blanket was nice and warm, Arp. I'd be lying if I said I wouldn't enjoy doing something like that more in the future." Stronghoof's gaze turned to Dashenka, who seemed to have had a bit more than her fill of alcohol, even to the point of self-admittance. It would likely be for the best to cut off the trio from the rum, but he was confident that he could handle it just fine himself, and poured another shot, throwing his head back as he swallowed the contents of the glass. "What can I say, Shenks? I'm a big fan of wings~."

Arpeggio giggled as he downed another shot of rum as well, flaring out his wing and wrapping it around Stronghoof's muzzle. "Hehehe~ C'mon, Shenks~" The now-quite-buzzed pegasus giggled at the griffon. "Join the huuuug~" He lifted his left wing up for her.

Dashenka was still sober enough to put her claws under her, raising one in a gentle denial as she shook her head. "Naah..." she said, voice slurring a little as she swayed, quickly putting her claw down before she fell over. "I don't go in for that silly...lovey-dovey shtuff..." she shook her head again, though her insistence was lacking the usual sincerity she possessed. Drunk, she was not as great a liar as she thought she was.

Stronghoof would've spoken up to call Dashenka over to the hug, which she'd obviously join with a bit of persuasion, but with a wing wrapped around his muzzle, talking was made a bit less likely. "Mmph~." The stallion still made a noise in her direction, and raised his eyebrows suggestively, figuring that to be his only real available course of action, until Arpeggio released him.

Arpeggio grinned a bit, releasing Stronghoof's face from his wing. "Aww, c'moooon~ I'm sure Stronghoof would love to cuddle with you~ Heheh. He's really built but he's soooo cuddly~"

The brown pegasus extended his hoof to the griffon, gesturing her over.

The drunk gryphon shook her head again, a little more insistently this time as she turned her nose up playfully. "I've got my own wings~" she said, extending her wings to their full span to hide her body, peeking over one. "And they're bigger than yours." She said finally, poking her tongue out at him rather childishly.

Stronghoof shook his head lightly to remove Arpeggio's wing from his face, and turned to face down the playful Dashenka, who seemed to enjoy hiding behind her wing. "Ah~, trying to play hard to get, hm? That's perfectly fine, Shenks. An enclosed room like this gives me a bit of an advantage~." The Earth pony moved himself away from Arp and slowly circled his way around to the other side of Dashenka, stalking her figure for a moment before suddenly leaping toward her, intent on taking her down to the ground, as gently as one leaping could.

Dashenka let out a squawk, but that was all she really could do before she was sent sprawling, eyes squeezed shut. When she opened them, she was on her back, Stronghoof above her. She frowned, wings slapping against his sides as she fluttered helplessly below him. "That's not fair, I wasn't ready..." she slurred, unable to remove herself from beneath the earth pony.

Arpeggio giggled a bit, walking over to the two. "Awww, c'mon, you silly lionbird~" He sounded quite drunk now, the potion really affecting him. "Isn't hard to see you've got the hots for Hoofy~ I can't blame you either; I mean, just look at 'im~" The brown pegasus suddenly got a sly grin... before taking his hoof and giving the earth pony's butt a playful smack.

"Aaww~, I gave you plenty of time to dodge. Not my fault if you're too drunk to properly move out of the way~." Stronghoof stood over Dashenka, not at all upset that she'd gone down so easily. The fact that she didn't seem to be hurt was also a nice bonus. He ignored the light sensation of her wings slapping against him.

As Arpeggio walked over, Stronghoof prepared to step away from Dashenka, but was held in place mentally by the smack on his flank. "O-oh, that's the game we're playing, ah? Perfectly fine with me. What say we move somewhere a bit more comfortable then~?"

((And so begins the fabled 'Stereotypical Dark Room Thread'))
