"It is metal indeed, though it does require somewhat specific form... Psh. I'm a firm believer in showing hospitality to others and you've been nothing but polite. It's no trouble at all." He got up and began boiling water in a teapot. "Mmm... I moved into town... a few months ago, I think. Time's kind of run together lately." He smiled a bit. "Got any preference for tea, by the way?"

Aegis shook his head before leaning his head back. "No preference." he said taking a moment to think.
"A few months ago? I got here at around the same time took a trade caravan from Gildedale to Manehattan... Didn't like the city much so I walked here." He chuckled.
"Funny, my leg didn't hurt then."

"Hah, interesting. Guess our paths never crossed; I flew in from Manehattan, though I'm from Cloudsdale originally." He went through his cabinet, before getting a light herbal tea blend out. "Maybe the walk messed it up a little more. I don't know; either way, I hope you recover soon, Aegis."

"Yeah. Thanks." He said looking down at his leg a moment
"enough about that though. What do you do for a living, friend?" he asked turning his attention to some others things around the room.
"I imagine you need to have some sort of job to afford living here."

"You do... and I do have one. A few, actually. I teach music lessons to foals around town... or adults if they're interested. I sometimes perform for pay... and I compose music for others." He smiled a bit, bringing two cups of hot tea over and joining Aegis on the couch.
