Jane seemed to have a distant expression for a moment as she compiled the information presented. "I'll request my handler to check for any Zebrican assets we may have to see what information they can gain on Zebrican lore. While that may be a fruitless endeavor, I do believe we stand a chance at finding and securing a voidling. Whether or not this will tip off Dream Deceiver is questionable, but it may be worthwhile regardless. The method of restraint to use will no doubt have to be magical in nature and allow complete control over the voidling so suicide is not an option.
"I know that there is a distinct difference between the arcane magic of unicorns and Zebrican magic. Both of these magics contain similar spells on both sides but contain different methods to casting them. If we can get a willing Zebra to craft a trap that disables all magic then we might have a method to capture them. Perhaps we could get a team of unicorns to do the same to see if they can get it to work. This is just my unqualified opinion on the matter, but we do have a detection method." she explained and looked at Strike with a slight smile.
"You've stated that the Crown Prince of Whinn's has the ability to detect these voidlings. Would it be possible to request his aid in this matter?" she asked. In her mind, plans were forming on how they might actually capture a voidling.

Solaris nickered "One pony a detection method does not make." He said shaking his head. "Coeur can only be in one place at a time. He'd have to be pretty close to the voidling for his scar to start reacting. At most, he can be used to screen anyone who we decide to bring into our little circle. That like me, he prefers to lead from the front."
Solaris looked to Jane "It is a small matter to get him here to talk with us. However, I intend to call in our whinnish allies to deal with Clandestine's mercs. So, unless you think theres a voidling in that part of equestria, he'll be a little indisposed."

"We're still not sure of how many there are. Definite numbers would help. If your spying or my research comes up with anything then we can be more ready to make a move on it." Wit slightly edged toward the door. It was clear he was ready to get to work, though he still needed a desk and paper.
"I'm going to need access to the Canterlot Archives, as well. There may be magic there that can help us or information on the void, though I find that incredibly unlikely." Wit said this to Solaris, then turned to Jane. "... Thank you, for your help. Try not to let them catch on and kill you."

Jane listened to both Wit and Solaris, trying to think of more solutions to their problems. Using the Prince of Whinns as a detection method was impractical, she knew that from the moment she suggested it. But knowing that he could be called upon to selectively identify voidlings was another tool for their use while fixing this situation. "I'll see if Alplha can tell me about any other voidlings." she replied to Wit's suggestion. With his last statement she actually smiled, though it appeared a bit devious. "Ditto, Mister Wit." she replied simply. She looked back to Solaris. "Strike, I'll leave you to your military planning. I'll see to it that my handler keeps you informed on my findings. And... If Alpha appears again, I recommend knocking him unconscious and removing his cyanide tooth. It's his top-left molar." she said as she took a step away from the table, signifying she was ready to leave.
