Do not use metal bowls when mixing salads. Use wood, glass or china. |

Or, this just hit me, maybe cuz some veggies are acidic (like tomatoes) and will discolor the bowl or veggie itself?? Not to mention the vinegar in the dressing. Yeah, that's my story and I'm sticking to it. |
