Magnets are good to have around expecially if you like to sew.

Pins and needles tend to run away from me all the time when I break out the sewing basket. So instead of trying to pick them up with my bare hands, I use a nice size magnet to pick them up...it saves time and....... :blink: ..... pain.

Good idea there. I'm a novice at sewing and let me tell ya, having that little cow Fridgie magnet in my sewing box is a life saver. It is so hard to find a needle when ya drop it in the cracks of the sofa or on the floor below the couch. You're better off stepping on it than finding. You'll certainly find it quicker! errorouch

I have a magnetic paper clip holder so I don't lose the little buggers.

Kewl I actually was so mad the other day cause I lost a needle and I wanted to Thread together some chilis Lenins mommy had given me.
