Turkey Loaf Preheat oven at 350 degrees. You will need: 2/3 cup bread crumbs 1 cup milk 1 1/2 pounds ground turkey 2 eggs 1/4 cup chopped onion 1/8 teaspoon pepper 1/4 teaspoon salt Topping: 1/4 cup ketchup 3 tablespoons brown sugar 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg 1 teaspoon dry mustard Soak crumbs in milk, add all ingredients. Poke holes in top and add topping. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 60 minutes. |
