Shepard's Pie Preheat oven at 350 degrees You will need: 1 pound of ground beef 1 1/2 cups mashed potatoes 1 bag mixed vegetables 1/2 cup onion, chopped mild cheddar cheese salt and pepper to taste Brown ground beef and onions together, strain, and place in baking dish, pour mixed vegetables over the beef mixture. Spread cheddar cheese over top the vegetable layer. Top with mashed potatoes and bake at 350 degrees until bubbly hot. __________ We here like this recipe without the vegetables. |
