1 7 1/4-ounce package macaroni and cheese dinner mix
1/2 cup frozen peas
1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup dairy sour cream ranch-, onion-, or chive flavor dip
1 6-ounce can solid white tuna, drained and broken into chucks
1/2 cup roasted red sweet peppers, drained and chopped


1. Cook macaroni from dinner mix according to directions, except add the peas the last 2 minutes of cooking. Drain. Continue preparing mix with butter and milk according to package.

2. Stir sour cream dip into the macaroni mixture. Gently stir in tuna and roasted red peppers just until combined. Heat through.

I've made something close to this one, the kids love it. Great recipe.
