I was roaming in the MSN.com and found a Daily Dose. So here's where I started, you might want to check every day for new tips. Set realistic goals If you were a coach potato in 2005, don’t set yourself up for failure in 2006 by biting off more than you can chew. If you’re just starting an exercise plan, begin slowly (by walking two or three days a week, for instance) and then work your way up to a more challenging fitness regimen. Drink up Water, that is. Getting enough water is important for avoiding dehydration. It also can keep you from overeating since thirst is often mistaken for hunger. Experts recommend people aim to drink eight, 8-ounce glasses of water a day. MSN.com |
