Ok, so, this months recipe fest is Mexican food. I have posted several recipes that call for "green chiles." What exactly is that, a Poblano? Are those the ones you can buy in the really little can from Ortega? I hope someone knows. |

Yeah you can buy them in a can. You can buy them fresh in most stores I think. It's just a long skinny green...or red pepper. |

That's what I thought too. I know what they look like I just don't know if they're the right ones. I'll just buy the canned ones. |
