Good work y'all on dieting. I am myself. I have been yo-yo dieting for the past, but I'm starting back and I'm sticking with it D*mn-it!! It's so hard to diet when certain non dieters bring home those deadly little murderous creatures that kill diets. Hopefully when they move I'm not going to have those temptations around. I love italian food, so that kills me too. FoodFightSmiley I'm going to cry about this later, but I'm a little less that 300 pa---pa---pounds. cryin.gif It's hard to plan out a diet and exercise plan when you're a borderline diabetic who also cannot have caffeine (I cheat.....ALOT!!!) I have a condition called Fibrocystic breasts. Which causes lumps, and if not treated and without a healthy diet *no caffeine* surgery may be a possible future. And guess what girls, it happens more frequently to those who have large breasts, and it happens within families. So take care and keep watch on that. Smoking is a difficult thing to stop when you've done it for so long. I started smoking when I was 18. But I kind of did this whole I smoke a cig once a day, then nothing for weeks, sometimes months. I guess you would call it fleeting. Not smoking now though, don't plan to. A pack of the name brand cigs here is like 2 bucks. A carton is around 20. The cheep kind are well, cheeper. I think it's because I live in a large tobacco growing area. Great for y'all, and I'm rooting and praying for ya. Good luck & God Bless! bighug.gif |

You guys would of hated me yesterday.....yes I fell off the dieting wagon too.... Me and Becky (the one getting married) went down for a fitting on dresses. Well lets just say she stopped at Krispy Kreme. Damn her!!!!! Ive been so good only like 3 little kisses since before Christmas. I ate 2 donuts yesterday and no more. blushing.gif I left them for Gil.....I have faith that he'll eat them all. |

Hey, there's a difference between kisses and doughnuts!! See, kisses are solid & hard. Doughnuts are soft and full of air pockets. So, if ya was to pack them to the size of a kiss, with the same hardness and solidness, technically, they're the same size. So ya didn't cheat....you just had different flavored kisses. cheesin.gif |
