Fly Catcher
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp sesame seeds
2 Tbsp white vinegar
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1 pound sirloin steak, cubed

1. In a glass or plastic bowl, whisk together all ingredients except the steak.

2. Thread the meat onto skewers (if you are using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes first). Place the skewers in a glass or plastic container just large enough to hold them. Add the marinade, turning skewers to coat well. Cover and chill for at least 4 hours.

3. Preheat grill for high heat.

4. Bruch grill rack with oil and place skewers on grill. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes, turning kabobs occaisionally.
