1/2 tsp curry powder 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes 1/2 tsp coarse kosher salt 1/4 tsp ground ginger 1/4 tsp paprika 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon 1/4 tsp ground tumeric 2 Tbsp water 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves 1. In a medium bowl, combine the curry, red pepper flakes, salt, ginger, paprika, cinnamon, tumeric and water to form a smooth paste. 2. Rub paste onto chicken. Cover chicken and refrigerate for 15 minutes. 3. Lightly oil cold grill rack and preheat grill for medium-high heat. 4. Cook on the prepared grill for 6 minutes per side or until chicken is no longer pink and until juices run clear. 4 servings |
