Both under and over cooking result in a tough chicken. For the most tender results, cook boneless skinless chicken breast halves to an internal temperature of 170 degrees. Bone-in chicken parts should read 170 degrees for white meat and 180 degrees for dark meat. |

Very useful information on how to cook chicken and hope this information will help me in preparing chicken recipe about which I came to know from Nom Video Sharing App. Hope to have a good party there and enjoy brunch with them. |
