Both under and over cooking result in a tough chicken.

For the most tender results, cook boneless skinless chicken breast halves to an internal temperature of 170 degrees.

Bone-in chicken parts should read 170 degrees for white meat and 180 degrees for dark meat.

Very useful information on how to cook chicken and hope this information will help me in preparing chicken recipe about which I came to know from Nom Video Sharing App. Hope to have a good party there and enjoy brunch with them.
