This thread is for anyone who would like to post their character(s) profile(s) for the RPs. If you have more than one character, please keep them all in one post.

EDIT: A little clarification- This is for OCs only!

I take it these are OC's? I have two characters I created for fun, but I may keep editing, re-editing their storylines. Especially once I've seen WIR.

Wreck-It Ralph
Name: Climbin' Simon

Game: Climbin' Simon

Game Format: An old platformer game that's only slightly less old then Fix-it Felix Jr. The premise is a typical 'save the princess from the bad guy' and Simon is the hero of the game as a knight, where he scales a magic tower and finally clashes with the villain on the roof.

Personality: Simon is a nice guy, but he grows restless and bored easy. He can't stand people who are clingy and can't take a hint.

History: After years of constantly saving the princess, he craves a new adventure. The princess of his game is very attached and dependent on him, and he wants to find a woman who can actually take care of herself. He and the villain of his game are actually best friends off the job, though the princess wants to keep her knight in shining armor all to herself.

Abilities: Jumping and agility, as well as using different kinds of swords that are powerups in his game.

=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=

Name: Princess Lily

Game: Climbin' Simon

Personality: Very clingy and over-protective of Simon to an obsessive degree. She feels she can't function without him around, and the idea of some 'mere peasant girl' looking at her knight infuriates her.

History: Always the damsel in distress in Climbin' Simon. She doesn't necessarily hate the villain, but she feels that she is above him, even if it is just their jobs. She feels she's a REAL princess and deserves to be treated as such, though her true colors show her to be rather frightened of everything, and she feels only Simon can protect her.

Abilities: Getting captured.

=-=-=-=-=-=--=-=-=-=

Name: The Evil Sorcerer Harlock

Game: Climbin' Simon

Personality: Despicably evil and threatening....on the job that is. Off the job he and Simon are best friends. He doesn't mind that people fear him for being a bad guy, he feels that means he's doing a good job. When the game is over, Simon and him usually hang out either at his tower, or at Game Central...that is, if Princess Lily doesn't butt in.

History: Harlock loves his job and wouldn't have it any other way. Simon and him have been friends for years and always hang out after work. Despite how rude she can be, Harlock actually has feelings for Princess Lily, despite how she feels about him. Even though she clearly favors Simon, he doesn't mind it, especially since he knows Simon doesn't like her back.

Abilities: Evil magic powers and complete control over his tower.

(The name Climbin' Simon actually comes from a chat I had with Chrisinlight)

Shes a Bombshell Blonde wired up to detonate!
((Okay this is an OC for a fanfic I did))

Name: Choco Rish (last name pronounced like the last 4 letters of "Licorice"

Game: Sugar Rush

Age: Around 13

Appearance: Long Brown hair, green eyes, about 4' 11" tall, brown pleated mini dress, and caramel colored flat shoes. Incredibly mature looking.

Personality: Choco is a Sugar Rush Racer who has spent a great deal of her time being picked on. So her personality is basically sarcastic and a bit rude at times, but she means well, and she dislikes most of the Sugar Rush Racers.

History: Choco is a runaway who ended up in Sugar Rush, because being she is the oldest of all the kids, she thought that meant she would be accepted...and she was. Up until Choco befriended Vanellope Von Schweetz, which soon made her severely hated amongst the others.

Abilities: Speed and agility

Goals: To win a Random Roster Race and Find someone to love.

Ok.

I'm gonna most likely update this post every now and then as I overthink on character design/backstory and have always done that for a good long time. Also, logic. I sometimes suck at that.

I have 2 characters. They may or may not be based on an online game that was created or overseen by the same creator that made Fix it Felix. A fantasy based RPG (not turn based mind) and perhaps not unlike WoW or Elder Scrolls, but online. However not as epically big, let's say a little linear.

Anyhoo the 2 characters I mention, well one is aligned good. the other well, bad. Considering her species. But you see, thats all they've known. Being in an online game, there is no switch off point for them. They are who they are 24/7. However I'm thinking either Litwack opens up a section in the arcade for online gamers OR an online gaming cafe opens up beside Litwack, (which in turn causes some competition issues, modern versus old school etc) and of course somehow wires are crossed resulting in Ralph and his world becoming aware of these online characters.

Anyhoo, I'm still working on details but the plot I had for this story idea yadda yadda will most likely be the latter. Makes for more interesting backstory, with the competition in the real world and the crossed wires with characters who can switch off conflicting with those who don't know any different from the roles they were given.

But I digress. This topic is about our characters; Here's the 2 I have so far. Whose names are temporary.

The Knight/Inspector: Strict, handsome, a leader, but very forward, by the book and abrasive as a hardened guard would be (though not so intense). My (so far unnamed 'Sir') fellah overuns something of a tutorial level for players to test the skills out on various enemies, NPCs that they may encounter at later levels. I'm still working out what kind of level he'd be on. But then given his experience he's most like in the 50's. He doesn't regret the job he's given. He knows no other life. And is a little afraid of change to be quite honest. He however, views most enemy NPCs with contempt as is his programming. One of these enemies is known and reviled above most enemies but not all; Dragons. However these are mostly a humanoid species.

Which leads to my other character:

The Humanoid Dragon: Boon Locked away technically as a prisoner of war, at Level 5. Her role is that of practically a pin cushion/punching bag to players who need to identify one of the main enemies of the game or rather kingdom. She's more or less a practise dummy and at times players come and go to harrass her a bit. Now you think this would enrage her, but over the 10 years this game has been going for she's learned to accept the prejudice her species gets copes by sarcasm, wit, and at times a high pain threshold. She's died multiple times in this game, but as she's always known, thats how it is. How it always will be. Her territory is rather short. She couldn't really escape the game at first until Ralph and Felix looking to make a new game had the bright idea of choosing her as a villian for it and assuming she wouldn't be missed, nabbed her after pretending to be player characters (in this idea I had). Too bad Ralph had to lie to her about her role within the game to stop her from changing her mind and running away. This would lead to a lot of problems later on.

Dragons in general in this game, are indeed mostly savage and hate other humanoids. Given the games mythology.

More to add soon. :) Sorry if this is all TLDR.

My OCs all come from one game, so here we go:

Game: The Flying Rubberinis
Game Format: Platformer, 16-bit, 1-2 players
Description: Released in 1992, The Flying Rubberinis was developed by Wildcat Games Studios, whose games were known for having a cartoony sense of humor. The object of the game is guide the hero – a circus acrobat that can bounce like a rubber ball – through 20 levels inside a circus tent, defeating enemies and rescuing fellow circus performers from the clutches of the evil ringmaster.

The Characters

Starla Rubberini is the hero of her game, The Flying Rubberinis. Starla is an acrobat in a circus who has the ability to curl up into a ball and bounce on enemies and off obstacles as though she were made of rubber. She has to rescue the members of the circus' sideshow from cages and set them free from the clutches of the evil ringmaster, Barnaby. Helping Starla out is her twin brother, Artemis "Artie" Rubberini, the "Player 2" of the game. Starla is blatantly honest and rather sassy, but she has a very kind heart and is as every bit as bouncy in personality as she is in body. At Mr. Litwak's arcade, she is generally liked, and in return she holds no grudges against anyone... unless of course they hurt her brother or anyone else from her game.

Artemis Rubberini is the "Player 2" hero of The Flying Rubberinis. First off, Artemis hates his name. Why? Because it's a girl's name! He's named after the Greek goddess of the hunt, and even if she was pretty badass, he prefers the nickname "Artie". As to Artie's personality, on the surface he is as fun-loving as his sister and just as brave and smart. However, he's more polite and subdued than she is, and not as much of an open book. He's secretly jealous that his sister is "Player 1", but fortunately he's developed a hobby with all the time he spends waiting on standby: writing song lyrics. He has composed an entire album's worth of lyrics from his game's soundtrack, and during his free hours he likes to visit other games so he can hear their music and compose more lyrics. Artie loves his sister and will do anything for her, even if it means apologizing for her when she makes a mistake, or cleaning up after a literal or figurative mess she's made.

Ringmaster Barnaby is the bad guy in The Flying Rubberinis. In-game, Barnaby is a nasty man who locks up his sideshow workers/attractions in cages when they threaten to quit working for him. However, behind the scenes, Barnaby is a well-spoken gentleman with a mind as sharp as his outfit. At Mr. Litwak's arcade, Barnaby is generally met with respect. What no one sees beyond his friendly demeanor, however, is a tortured soul. While he is treated well by his co-workers, it is mostly due to the efforts of Starla, the hero of his game. She was the first person to ever show him kindness, as she knew his being bad was only part of his job description. It is because of this that Barnaby has fallen deeply in love with Starla. This poses a problem: in the realm of video games, it is considered taboo for heroes and bad guys to become romantically involved. Hence, Barnaby has never told Starla how he truly feels. Barnaby tries very hard to squelch his feelings for Starla, as he knows how wrong they are, but nothing he does helps. He has treated her like a lady for many years, but with every day that passes he finds new reasons to desire her, and it's driving him mad. Perhaps Barnaby can go to Bad Anon for help? Or, seeing how Starla might fall in love with a certain other bad guy, is it too late?

I only have 1 OC so far that's really worth sharing:

Game: Spring Fever
Genre: Platformer
Description: Spring Fever was released in 1988 by Natsuno Ltd. The player controls a young woman whose garden is being eaten up by various woodland creatures. She has to use her enchanted gardening tools to defeat them all and get her garden back into good condition.

Autumn is the main character of Spring Fever. Her skills involve her using gardening tools to defeat the animals that try to destroy her garden. She lives in a house on a farm on the outskirts of a small town. She has to go there to buy seeds to replant the crops that had been destroyed, and to also upgrade her tools, with coins that she earns as a reward after every level. The amount of coins she gets is based upon how well the player does during a level. Autumn's personality inside her game is that she is pretty much "badass adorable", in that she is pretty much fearless when fighting her enemies. However, outside her game, she is very soft-spoken and withdrawn. Inside the arcade, nobody really knows her because Garden Rescue was never that popular of a game and it ended up being forgotten. Because of this, Autumn is a pretty sad and lonely character indeed.

Wreck-It Ralph
Name: Jo

Age:12

Game: Unknown to her (Obscure game called Color Mario)

Platform:Unknown (Arcade & Console)

Jo is very young, about 12 years old. She's extremely smart, with a bushy haired head, the sharpest brown eyes, and dark skin. She's never known what game she's from, but she has very vague memories of watching a rock roll down a cliff while a short man jumped behind it.

She's very witty, but also has the worst temper and a tendency to burst into tears, faint, or throw up when things become all too much. Why? Damaged sensors. Jo flashes colors when feeling intense emotions, including love, the worst rages, and sorrow.

She also has a wand that's not all that useful, as she barely knows how to use it.

Another one of the limited things Jo remembers from her game is its theme. It was very catchy.

Jo has a tendency to befriend the most forlorn of wanderers, including a rejected Sugar Rush racer and a singing robot. She is sweet, behind the smart, sharp-tounged outer shell.

Voice Actress: Bonnie Wright

Name: Zenoah

Game: DDR: Stepin' It Up!

Year: 2011

About: Zenoah is clumsy and a bit spacey when he is'nt performing his duties as a selectable dancer. He takes his job seriously thou the other dancers mock him for his ditzy ways. After hours he'll hold parties of other game characters who need to unwind after a long day of working.
Zenoah was the last dancer put into the game's codeing. Because of this he is younger than the other dancers which makes him a target by them. Even thou he gets picked on, he does'nt let it ruin his concentration or let it bother him.
He respects older games and stands up for them when younger games put them down. He does'nt let much get to him, but seeing others being picked on, he has to step in.

Voice Actor: Greg Ayres

List of songs Zenoah is a default dancer on:

Waves

Spindel (much like Ralph) is tired of being a bad guy and scarring people. She wants to be loved like all the other dolls. For this, she is shunned and kicked from Dark Fears.
With her missing from the game, the shut it down and taken away. Now Spindel is gameless and spends her time game jumping after hours.
Because she is from a horror game, others seem to run away from her or defend themselfs.
Due to being out of her game, Spindel will often glitch, causing her to become the monster she was ment to be. This does'nt last long, and she does'nt recall any moments during her glitch outs.

'Hard Hat' Sam

Game - Treasures of the Depths
Developer - A.I. Ware
Year - 1985
Formats - Arcade (original), NES, Game Boy, SNES, Nintendo eShop (remake)
Genre - Platformer
Description - In this game you take the role of the intrepid master diver 'Hard Hat' Sam in his quest to collect the legendary 'Seven Greatest Treasures of the Seas', which can be found inside seven sunken ships around the globe. 'Hard Hat' Sam must make his way inside the sunken ships, which are complex mazes, while avoiding the dangerous sea life and rival divers that want the treasures for their own, always careful to not run out of air in the process.

'Hard Hat' Sam is the playable character of the game. While brave and confident, he's one of the nicest guys in the arcade and always eager to make new friends. This is because his game is one of the few in the arcade that is for one player only and its story doesn't show any support character for Sam, so he's all alone in the middle of a sea of enemies. He would like to meet somebody that would like to be a second player character for his game, even if he's aware of the dangers it entails. He's also heard that his game has a hidden eigth sunken ship and thinks that with a second character he could be able to find it.

Since he's used to work underwater, Sam is extremely strong but also very slow. A quirk of him is that he's so used to wear his diving helmet that he sometimes forgets to take it off when he's not underwater. When he wears his helmet he can't hear well what others say to him and viceversa.

Haha... No, I didn't draw it, in fact I'm terrible at drawing. I commissioned this guy to do it. He's very affordable and does a great work.
