Hello people. You might have noticed on the front page there's a large news update devoted to you and what you're doing in the land of istories. What do you think of it? That aside, I'm trying to work the trophy room into something more spectacular, so I'm calling on you the readers, to find a copy of your favourite iStory and review it in this thread. You could even review a couple of favourites. They don't have to be long, a paragraph or two will do. And if we get enough in we just might see them on the site soon. If you can do this, it will be much appreciated. Not only will you get cookies, but you will also help out your favourite underdog website. Thanks. |

The Despair Trilogy Packed with detail and gore. A few typos, etc. I found the gore to be a little excessive, but I understand that it was (mostly) necessary. I liked the character changing system, where you'd play as different people. Great storyline. The first in the series was unrealistic, but you should read it to help establish the setting. Rik's writing definitely improved from the first Despair to the third. Length: The first - 7 minutes, the second two - 13-16 minutes ~El Carnemago |

The Colour of Magic & The Sending of Eight A little too detail-less. Great sentence structure, interesting and fun story. VERY random. Length: Each one about 7-10 minutes ~El Carnemago |

White Room Very trippy. Great introduction, nice and suspenseful. Crammed with details and obvious references. The characters keep you wondering. A little confusing. A LOTTLE confusing. An excellent read. Length: 9-13 minutes ~El Carnemago |

Flight 27 Pretty good. Plenty of action, plenty of detail. Mars designed the characters well enough (as usual) so that you can accurately imagine the stuff about them that he left out. The action was realistic. The action kept you playing. Length: 5 minutes ~El Carnemago |

The Zirk Trilogy Great! Nice and lengthy. The details were few and sparing, as it was written in the style of the first adventure CYOA's. Pretty true to the adventure genre. Length: Each 6-8 minutes ~El Carnemago |

Get ready for my story. Oh you wait. 50+ pages, not very long but epically fun. A run on El's Terrorist Situation. |

Doom Although few and far between like game/book/movie remakes in the forms of iStories, this is one that I wouldn't minded.. that is to say, if it were a little longer or more descriptive when it came to fighting. The writer did well enough at putting the player at the scene, but there were too many typos, and "a demon jumps at and kills you" doesn't quite cut it for the fighting. And it was only about ten pages long. For this, I give it a 5/10 |
