Transformers One thing that should be noted about this movie is the massive abundance of General Motors vehicles. Many scenes of Camaros and other vehicles flying by made this whole movie feel like a really, really long commercial. Most of the acting was lackluster. If I were the screenwriter I would have changed several bits of the script right on the spot. However, this movie still managed to boggle my mind with a barrage of impressive action scenes and special effects. I'm glad for that, because it kept me both satisfied and entertained. 8/10 |

Worst review ever. 300 9.5/10 Fantastic movie with a great storyline, superb action, and a fantastic, dramatic, though NOT melodramatic ending. Wonderful directing and camerawork, with a great introduction. Can't wait till it comes out on DVD. |

I heard it was absolute bullocks. Paths of Glory 10/10 Usually i wouldn't like to give a film 10/10 but this is unlike any other film. I was so immersed by one of the final scenes that the lone beat of a tiny drum beat with the thump of my heart. Fandangolus to use the word with utmost meaning in relation to this film. |

The Godfather No matter how many times I watch it, I never feel quite worthy. I needn't say much more. 10/10 |

Nova, the plot for 300 was utter bollocks, but they made up for it with the visuals. Lord Of The Rings: The Two Towers 10/10. Brilliant. 40 Year Old Virgin 8/10. Really good comedy. Bad Taste 5/10. The best acting was done by Peter Jackson, as both the anti-hero Derek (Who's head keeps popping open) and as Robert, the Zombalien who has green, drinkable vomit. Pretty poor film, but you have to respect the special efefects that were done without a budget. The DVD had a feature called "Good Taste Made Bad Taste" which showed how most of the effects were done. It's a really fascinating featurette to watch. But still, 5/10 is five times better than anything Paul Wes Anderson could ever do. |

Lord Of The Rings: Return Of The King 10/10. Perfect. Let's Go To Prison 8/10. The best parts of this film are Will Arnett and the ending. Watchable film. Ocean's Eleven 9/10. The ending was great. |

Transformers 8/10 As much as I thought this would suck, I am ashamed to say Transformers was good. One of the things I had worried about (having only briefly seen the tv show as a child) was that the "sentient robots" would come to Earth already as cars and stereos, which the film dismissed. Uh, other than that, much action and explosions, much of it quick and hard to follow. Excellent. |
Guess what! I'm writing a book called Nuclear Winter!

Raging Bull 8/10. Joe Pesci and Robert De Niro's performances were top notch, but it was hard to follow the film as a story. Clubland 9/10. Fantastic film. You should all go and see it. |

Tommy Actual film: 6/10 To make up for a 'shoddyish' score, I'll break up the movie into parts: Pinball Wizard scene: 9.5/10 Keith Moon as Uncle Ernie: 9/10 John Entwhistle's enthusiastic playing: 3:10 Pete Townshend checking out Roger Daltrey while mindlessly power chording: Shame/10 |
