The Book of Eli

7.5/10

I thought the action was fairly intense, and the movie held a great atmosphere of a tarnished earth. What they fucked up on, was that they didn't elaborate ONCE about the war. They only said, "Back when the war..." or "It's been 30 winters since the flashes..."

I liked how it didn't follow cliche' action drama storyline...until the end.

The ending was cliche'.

I enjoyed it though.

P.S. Spoiler coming up, or something:

The part where the old couple bring out a shitload of hardcore guns like AK-47's, M4 Carbines, Mp-40's, SPAS 12 shotguns, etc. That was one of the most impressive sequences (not to mention hilarious) I've seen.
