Even if what you say is true (it isn't), is ripping the baby from the uterus the solution? I don't think so.

BTW, you will never see me write "so-called pro-choicers." Please return the courtesy. Thanks.

People who identify themselves as "pro-life" tend to show a great interest in babies....until they are born. At that point, their "pro-life" views support ending programs that would feed, clothe, shelter, and educate poor children. "Pro-lifers" usually do not support programs that would educate and/or give job training to parents. Isn't the conservative mantra "pull yourself up by your bootstraps"? How can one do that when one has NO boots?

When so-called "pro-life" supporters show a real, genuine interest in ALL life - those currently on earth as well as those in utero - then I will believe them. Until then, they are hypocrites whose real agenda is in controlling women's lives.

On second though, you are right. The future murderers, rapists, criminals are better off alive.

Assuming that all will become murderers, rapists, and criminals is specious. Presentencing them to death is unjust, to say the least.

I see you completely ignored my polite request to stop using the phrase "so-called pro-lifers." It makes me wonder if you want to participate in a genuine, intelligent debate or if you want to play message board gotcha games. I don't play those games. My conversation with you is over.

Because you have absolutely nothing that you can refute with in her statement?

No, I have seen what happens when one poster is deliberately antagonistic in a conversation. It is best to simply break off those convos.

Anyway, when I debate on the Internet, I always assume that I am not going to change the POV of the person I am talking to. I post mainly because I know others, who are still formulating opinions, are reading. I will always take the high road, since that makes my POV the more attractive one. She is taking the low road, so I am breaking this off.

This is the last I will say on this bit of incivility. If you and she have something further to say about it, have at it. I'm out.

I will save my responses in this thread for on-topic and civil posts.

I am sorry that you find stating facts offensive and uncivil. But I will not apologize to you - or anyone else - for having and voicing my opinion.

Is there anything more amusing than listening to males discuss what a woman should/shouldn't be allowed to do with her own uterus??

When men can have babies then they can decide what to do.

If men could have babies, there would be abortion clinics on every corner in every city, open 24/7, 365 days a year.
