I think he`ll be dead,,Soldiers are gonna disobey orders and shoot him.Cause they dont care if they get courtmartialed.People will look at that soldier a hero if they kill osama cause we dont trust our justice system with the kind of lawyers we have. Look at the Moussaoui Trial.I bet the jury aint gonna give him death.Theyre gonna give him life. And then some liberal politican will pardon him just like bill clinton to marc rich.

I think he will. And I do not buy into the stupid conspiracy that we already have him captured, and are just waiting for the "right time" to make it public. Besides, a secret that huge would have certainly been leaked by now if it were true.

I'm sorry steveox, I don't follow political issues as good as I should. What exactly is the "Missouri Trial?"

Nope, we won't catch him. Why would we? This country builds national unity when we have someone out there to hate. With Saddam's conviction and execution pretty much a foregone conclusion, why would we catch Osama and take away the focus of our national hatred? With no "foreigners" to hate, we'd have to go back to the "good ol' days" of turning on ourselves....you know, burning crosses, dragging black people behind trucks and desecrating synagogues.

Yes. However, it doesn't really matter. The important thing is that al Qaeda is significantly less able to conduct operations and Osama is reduced to cowering in the mountains.

No, well over his dead body which defeats the point. And he should be killed instead of captured. This bullcrap of trying him is stupid. First off, he'd probably escape somehow, if you watch 24 you know it always happens. Secondly, he won't EVER talk, we might be the best at extracting info, but I guarentee he's better at not talking. Lastly, it sends a better message with him dead. As long as he's alive his followers have hope and a cause, but if he dies at least some will get the wakeup call.

The only way to kill off al queda and osama is to use the nuke.A nuclear bomb kills over 1 million people on contact. As soon its dropped the Blast of mushroom cloud forms and radiation winds off 200MPH spreads in seconds then theyre dead within the hour.

When so-called trials are held for people like Saddam and Osama, I am reminded of a line from the movie "Silverado": "We're gonna give you a fair trial, followed by a first-class hanging."

I partly agree. I think that the US Army will finally have a very good idea where he and whoever he's with are and give a loud warning with a megaphone or something that he has 48 hours to come out and surrender. Then news all over the world will have this plus a new developement saying that the soldiers will form a blockade 100 miles form where they think Osama and his crew are. I think what will end up happening is that Osama will commit suicide but bedore he dies, he orders his pople to creamate him and hide his ashes. They do that and then surrender. The arrested people wont say a word to the judges where Osama is and if they ever meet an Al Queda member or one of its allies, they will tell only those people.

The only way Osama willl kill himself is if he does a suicide attack.

If you find him and he says im surrenduring let him come out and take all TV camerias and shoot em up.Then when osama comes out surrending then pull the trigger and shoot him.So that way no lawyer can make some kind of plea bargan.

That's why I think he'll commit suicide but if the US Army can keep him away from food and medicine then he'll die or not be able to escape. He's a diabetic I believe.

He's a diabetic? He's not a brittle one, that's for darn sure. My father in law is and his sugar is very hard to control. Being on the run in the hinterlands does not suggest easy access to humulin, insulin or anything else he'd need.
To answer the question, I doubt he'll let himself be caught. He'll most likely be hit with a smart weapon that won't leave enough physical evidence to put in a Ziploc bag.
