My version:

AL MVP: Travis Hafner. He has 5 grand slams and it is ONLY the 1st half of the season.

i dont think grand slams can change the fact that ortiz or thome is in the lead right now.

Player A: 131 IP, 43 ER, 14 HR, 24 walks, 138 K, 9-5 w/ 2.95 ERA
Player B: 129.1 IP, 42 ER, 11 HR, 16 walks, 72 K, 12-2 w/ 2.92 ERA

A and B's stats are virtually the same. A has a couple more IP than B does and has a couple more walks and one more ER. The ERA's are almost the same. The big difference, though, is that player A has nearly twice as many strikeouts.

Player A is Johan Santana. Player B is Roy Halladay.

Naw, IMO Johan wins it. But it's close.

i think being 12-2 and not having as many k's is better than being 9-5 and having more.

imo, halladay wins it, easily.

How the bleep is Rogers starting the ASG? He is like 11-3, but thats just because of good run support...
[align=right]Alex Trebek: Mr. Connery.
Sean Connery: Moo.
Alex Trebek: No.
Sean Connery: Well, that's the sound your mother made last night!

i think it's because the majority of the pitchers worked on sunday.....i found it odd how guillen said he was the best pitcher in the AL.

That is the most ignorant comment ive heard. RUN SUPPORT DOESNT LOWER YOUR ERA, ROGERS HAS A LOW ERA.
