Did anyone watch Baseball Tonight? Harold and Kruk were getting into about A-Rod, and if he can handle it in NY. Harold thinks they should trade him and says the A-Rod will never live up to what NY thinks he should be. He was MVP last year and he still was BOOED and wasnt good enough for good old NY. Where would and where could he go? Astros really do need a SS....yeah right...thats not going to happen. Wishful thinking from a homer. |

I would say Red Sox have the biggest shot, but the Yankees aren't that stupid. He's not going anywhere till his contract is over. |

Carlfan, you dont think there is a chance that he goes before the deadline? I think that it is a possibility that it happens. A-Rod would probably enjoy it and welcome the trade, but only to a contender. I was kidding about the Astros...by the way...lol |

I dont think that he would ever go to the Red Sox....the Yanks wouldnt let that happen and the Sox fans would want him. I see him going to a different divison or even to the NL. Hes gone at the trade deadline or next year.... I dont see him putting up with all the BOOOOOOING to much longer. |

ARod to the Marlins. Really I think he could be traded in the offseason if he can't get it back together and continues this bad streak he's in for the rest of the season. To who, no one really knows.
|
![]() Hanley Ramirez doesn't make errors--the ball is just afraid of him. Shadez was the first man to walk on the moon... with sunglasses on. In rookie ball, he drove a ball to deep centerfield, only to be informed he had been traded on his way to first base. So, he sprinted to the wall and robbed himself of a homerun. He can turn a man to stone just by looking at him without his shades. Was pointed at when Babe Ruth supposedly called his shot. The June 24th game between the Marlins and Yankees was not, in fact, called by rain as was previously reported. Hanley had plans. And by plans we mean a date. With a girl. A babe if you will.

We don't need him. He's over hyped. Sure he hits good, but not when it counts. He's staying in New York, no team wants to pick up his contract. |

Wow, are you serious? He was a Ranger, neutral, when they almost did. Now he is a Yankee, the sworn enemy of Boston. |

Wow AROD IS NOT GOING ANYWHERE! He is struggling... everyone struggles or slumps. He will turn it around. The only way he would be traded to the Astros is if we got Pettite, Oswalt, Lidge, Ensberg, and Berkman lol. |

He was originally in a trade to go to the Sox, then it fell through, and then the Yankees jumped in and got him. |
