don't know why you guys would chose Pudge over McCann,

http://mlb.mlb.com/NASApp/mlb/stats/sortab...=33&compare.y=6

McCann leads categories in SLG, OBP, AVG, HR, more walks, less SO, yeah I'll take McCann, he is close to Mauer

It's the reason fan voting doesn't work, being a homer.

Turner Field is a Hitters park and Comerica Park is a Pitchers park.

So i figured McCann would have similar numbers to Ivan if he played in a pitchers park so i based my decision on defensive stats and Ivan has a lot better defensive stats then McCann does.

Turner Field is a pitchers park... more than Comerica actually

18. Comerica Park
26. Turner Field

Not really Turner Field's outfield wall is like 20 feet shorter then Comericas park outfield wall. Thats what im looking at not all these worthless ratios.

well that would just hurt HR and help AVG...

but comparing McCann and Pudge, Pudge has over 100 more ABs, and 3 less HRs...

Pudge (41.9 ABs per HR)
Mac (21.6 ABs per HR)

almost double, half the games in one park isn't going to matter....

I guess there both equal McCann is a better hitter and Ivan is a better defensive player. Just depends in what you like in a cather to decide.

McCann is younger and is only going to improve so that's why I'd take him.... plus he has done well in the postseason
