I am Watching Yankee Classics on TV, they had the July 1st 2004 game on. I got to say this is one of the best games i have ever seen. Jeter diving into the stand, The red sox having 5 infielders, a lead-off triple by Cairo in the bottom of the 12th two walks, Sheff takes over at 3B and A-Rod at SS, a lot of players getting hit with the ball and A-Rod play where he thought he had a triple play. What do you guys tihnk was the best game? I knwo this has probably been talked about but....

Way too many to even think about. I have know idea which one is best for me. But I do have a most memorable one. It was about 10 years ago, when a damn little kid by the name of Jeffrey Maier reached over the wall to give the Yanks a homerun. I will ALWAYS hate that kid. And Im sure most O's fans feel the same way. |

I'll be biased but I think the 18-inning NLDS game against the Braves was the best I've ever seen. Down by 5, grand slam, Ausmus with homer 2 outs in the 9th and then Clemens having to come out from the bullpen. Oh, and the Astros won so that was nice. |

but for me, my most memorable game was when joe carter hit the world series winning homerun against the phillies and the then skydome, now roger's center. i don't think it gets the attention it deserves. |

My Beast Game to watch was the 2003 ALCS Game 7, since I remember a lot of the people I was with said it was over after the Ortiz homer, and some were ready to leave(where we were watching it). Then we have a great comback, send it long, and win it deep. The Best non postseason game, is the one THU said, and the best not of my team is probably the 18inninger |

I just watched part of it on ESPN classic... It was part of the Clemens theme when he was coming back so it was doing games where Clemens pitched, and I saw that....

I agree.. The best I've seen, or read about, would have to be the '91 WS game where Jack Morris outdueled John Smoltz in a 10 inning CG.. or.. I've heard Clemens' first 20 K game was really impressive. |
