Eephus I wish pitchers would throw it more... it's such a good pitch Screwballs are almost impossible to throw.. you need to turn your wrist to the left ughh it hurts also |

Mike Cuellar was a master of the screwball.And i think Pat Dobson did threw Forkballs before. But Who was the Last pitcher who threw the LOB? Hint he`s the Last Yankee to do it. |

The screwball causes a pitcher to develop a crooked arm, unless you have exceptionally strong fingers. Plus its difficult to develop a good screwball. The Kncklecurve, fork and slurve are not seen much anymore either. |
