Not true. Not even close to being true. Saying that only Major League players can hit 90 MPH fastballs, etc. is such a blankey statement. How do you explain Minor Leaguers hitting it? Even then, a lot of College and High School players throw 90, and throw a slider and curve. The reason players are in the Major Leagues is what the players do with the ball. That's what seperates MLB players from the rest.

Derrick Jeter can hit 90+ MPH Fastball. And So can David Ortiz. You better be real careful how to pitch to Derrick Jeter and David Ortiz cause you make a mistake youll see that ball fly over the fence.

I hate pitching machines, real pitchers are easier to hit.

Good luck with those rockshu.Only Major league hitters can manage to hit those.Hitting a baseball is not as easy as you think it is.I learned it from Dodgers hitting coach John (T-Bone) Shelby He says hitting a baseball correctly takes a lot of pratice. Its not as easy you think it is.

Well I'm not going to learn anything and get better if all I'm doing is hitting pitches I know I can hit. It's called challenging yourself.

It's called strikg out ;)

Well he's like 18, so it wouldn't be that surprising if he can, a lot of college players can hit 90 mph heat.

Who cares what everybody else thinks? If it makes the team better, that's all that is important.

Yes, it's easier to time it when you see the arm come down instead of it just being released at you.

I'm not the greatest player, but I assure you I could hold my own with those pitches. I use a wood bat too, the weight of them fits my liking better. I can't stand metal ones.
