IMO, we are now down to 5 choices for President.

Democrats
Clinton and Obama

Republicans
Romney, McCain, and Huckabee

One of those 5 people will be the next president of the United States.

Currently, Obama and Romney are winning. Remember, you have to go by delegates and superdelegates votes. The population vote doesn't necessairly matter.

As of right now:
New Hampshire:
Clinton-9
Obama-9

Iowa
Obama-16
Clinton-15

Nevada
Obama 13
Clinton 12

He leads her 38-36.

Romney leads with 51 delegates and superdelegates. Huckabee and McCain follow with 35 and 17.

I dont care how much money Paul has...he has no support. I think these primaries have proved that.

If I had to vote right now, it would be for McCain. And I dont see me changing my mind.

The point is that they are more likely to drop out. Paul and Romney are in for the long haul.

If McCain keeps winning he sure will.

I'm not a political analyst, but didn't Nevada have more delegates than SC? Why is SC more covered?

Paul has his second from Nevada -- or, as Romney would put it, "the silver" -- and a better finish in South Carolina than Giuliani. He's also got more money in the bank than most of the other candidates, a muscular fund-raising operation, enthusiastic young volunteers and a message that distinguishes him from the field. He's in the race for a good long time, and now he's actually winning delegates.

Depends how smart America gets.

I personally hate Ron Paul. As a Republican, I dont agree with a lot of his ideas, starting mainly with his view on the Iraq war.

The other candidates arent even taking him seriously. Theres a reason why Chuck Norris said that McCain is too old to be President and never mentioned Paul, who is actually older. He was attacking the candidate who actually has a chance in the election.

I'm interested in hearing why, besides his views on Iraq, you don't like Paul. Frankly, he is more "Republican" than all the other Republican candidates out there. He actually holds fast to truly conservative principles, something I thought the Republicans and their party stood for.

Correct me if I'm wrong on them standing for conservative principles, but I don't see what's not to like about him from a Republican standpoint.

As a Republican? You must mean as a Neo Con.

Republicans used to be anti war, and true conservatives still are. We are not threatened by anyone in the middle east. Israel should get their sovereignty back. We are supporting military dictators in countries like Pakistan. Explain to me how these policies make sense. We still have troops in Korea and Germany. And to fund all of it we are forced to borrow from around the world including China, and thus spending is out of control. I would like to get us out of the war, get rid of the IRS and return to a truly free market system with way less government involvement. We become safer as a nation, and have more civil liberties.

There's nothing conservative about the war in Iraq.

And I could care less about Chuck Norris' political positions. He supports fucking Mike Huckabee for chirsts sake.

OM88, you don't even know why you hate him. You only believe what a TV pundit tells you to believe.
