Tampa Bay is in first place and they only get around 12,000 Fans Per Game through the week. WTF is with that. Its such a shame that they dont get the support. I mean if the jays were in 1st place they would get 40,000 + people daily, the Jays are in 4th place and they get like 28,000 or more daily. How can people not support a first place team, espically if your in the same division as Boston and New York. |

They're relatively new, and have sucked every year until now. And their stadium sucks. I guess sometimes it takes a while to build fan base. |

I did some research on this, and Tampa's W/L record, when compared to that of the other squadrons in the AL East, indicates that they do belong in first. Maybe my math is wrong. |

Well, they DO in fact deserve to be in first place, because they DO in fact have the best win-loss record in the American League East. That'll usually happen. It has nothing to do with fans. If fans aren't interested, that's a matter of income and revenue and all that kind of shit. That's an economic problem, has nothing to do with their divisional standing. The Red Sox sure as hell haven't played like a first place team. The Yankees sure as hell don't deserve it. The Rays, if I remember correctly, played very well against the Angels, who happen to be billed as the best team in baseball right now. So, I think if you add all that up, maybe the Rays are the best team in baseball, not just the AL East. Sure they lost some guys to injuries, but that's even more impressive that they can give the Angels all they can handle under those circumstances. |

You see now the Rays Owner needs to move the team to San Antonio? FLORIDA IS AN NFL STATE Its not for Baseball. Both Teams Marlins and Rays should move. |

You have to be able to fit the population of your city into a 40,000 seat stadium and not have 32,000 seats empty before you can get a team.

Florida isnt a baseball state... But saying that when the Rays play the Redsoxs or the Yankees there are more Rays fans then Yankees or Soxs fans. Which is a nice change. |

If Madden says that the pass was poorly thrown because it was incomplete then that pass was poorly thrown. PERIOD. |
