Has he ever thrown in the mid 90's in the past, because last year his average fastball was 91 mph.

well he's throwing around 95 to 96s in the minors from what I've heard. He set a strikeout record in MiLB playoffs I believe, he struck out 11 then 10 and again somewhere in the teens. I'm still not sure if he'll be capable of throwing a no-no though.

Supposedly, his average is 92-94, and when he wants to dial it up a bit, he can reach 97 or so.
