I don't know how people can think the Angels can still win with the amount of injury they have.
lol I don't know why I quoted that, he was just so disgustingly wrong.
I was wrong about pretty much everything also, except that I thought the Twins wouldn't be in last like everyone said.

AL East- Yankees AL Central- Tigers AL West- Angels AL Wild Card- Red Sox
AL MVP- Alex Rodriguez AL Cy Young- Erik Bedard AL Rookie of the Year- Evan Longoria AL Comeback Player of the Year- idk
NL West- Diamondbacks NL Central- Brewers NL East- Mets NL Wild Card- Padres
NL MVP- David Wright NL Cy Young- Jake Peavy NL Rookie of the Year- Chase Headley NL Comeback Player of the Year-idk
I got the Angels and probably the Red Sox and Mets right. A-Rod is a good MVP candidate, though I doubt he'll win. Peavy also a great Cy Young candidate but got no run support, so he won't win. Longoria has a good shot at ROY (although I like Alexi Ramirez for it)

He won't win because he wasn't valuable at all for us.

I know, but he still should be in the top 5, especially with a weak field.

Oh yeah no doubt, he's having a great statistical year, just his clutch is terrible.

yeah 30 homers and 100 rbi and runs are definitely not important. dude just cause he didn't hit like 8 walk off homers like last year doesn't mean he wasn't important.

Your not going to win the Most Valuable Player award with 2 RBI in the 9th inning all year.

Why not? You can have 0 rbi in the 9th and still have amazing numbers...I don't see your logic.

If we had the Alex Rodriguez from last year we would no doubt be in the playoffs, reason why he won the MVP because he was the MOST VALUABLE TO US. This year he hasn't been nearly as valuable. His clutch numbers have been terrible. Yes he is no doubt going to be top 5 but I really don't see him winning it at all.

no. he won MVP because he had 54 hr and 156 rbi with a .314 average. MVP is 90% based on numbers these days. Look at Al Kaline's 2nd place finishes in his years. The player on the better team won it, but he had much better numbers. Today, A-Rod wins it because he had the best pure number.

If he wasn't amazing in the clutch but still had the same numbers he would have still won it...the voters don't really look at how many rbi a hitter had in the 9th inning, or what their RISP was.

Longoria has a good shot at ROY (although I like Alexi Ramirez for it)
He won't win because he wasn't valuable at all for us.
yeah 30 homers and 100 rbi and runs are definitely not important. dude just cause he didn't hit like 8 walk off homers like last year doesn't mean he wasn't important.
ARod won it last year because his stats were beastly AND he had amazing clutch numbers.
If he wasn't amazing in the clutch but still had the same numbers he would have still won it...the voters don't really look at how many rbi a hitter had in the 9th inning, or what their RISP was.
If he wasn't so beastly in the clutch last year his stats wouldn't have been as good........
I'm saying if they were. We're not debating whether they would have been the same or not...

I don't think Brandon Webb is a definite for the Cy Young.
