Are you implying that people would actually want anything from that dump?

Babe Ruth > all of the above.

And he's only one thing that was great about Yankee Stadium.

Yeah but when the last time anything was good in shea, it actually wasn't the piece of trash it is now. I'm surprised it actually didn't implode on itself the last day.

I mean, I was still alive then, but not that I was paying any attention to the Mets. But I'm saying the place isn't what it used to be.

On a side note, I won't be stealing anything from the metrodome either, though in better shape than Shea, it still sucks.

People just wanted to get the f*ck out of there. If you watched not a lot of people stayed after Wes hit that homerun and when the game was over even more people left. They weren't thinking of taking anything, they were tihnking of "WTF was that? I hate the Mets. Pussy Bastards"

Kind of because Yankee Stadium is the most famous sports stadium off all-time. And the history and that kind of stuff that took place. It was kind of a pretty big deal.

What if Madison Square Garden should have to come down someday? Would fans steal a piece of that place too? A lot of Great Boxers and Greatest Boxing matches held in that place. Like that Ali vs Frazier fight.
