HOU gets:
TOR 1st round pick (pick 11 from previous trade)

SDP gets:
HOU pick in rounds 2-6 (1st overall in each round)
3b Bobby Borchering 74/86 23 pennies
CF Jake Marisnick 69/83 21 pennies
SS Johnathan Villar 79/83 23 pennies
SP Alex White 69/84 25 pennies
SP Kyle Smith 65/83 21 pennies

I accept. I have the 12th overall pick as well, so I will still get a top guy from the draft. This will also give me quantity of young players which will either stay on my team for the long haul or will get traded in the future to help me build my team when I am ready to compete. Round 2 will get me around an 84 peak, round 3 an 80 peak and after that will be peaks in the 70's. My pick will net a player with around an 88 peak.

Accept.

Dealt off a lot of my quantity prospects for what hopefully will turn into a quality player. Borchering was blocked by two players (both a 3rd base and 1st base). Marisnick is okay, but nothing I was crazy about. Villar is a depth player. White is about to be 26 years old and is not even close to ML ready. Smith has potential but you gotta give to get.

I now will be drafting two of the top 11 players in this draft.
