I know I"m not technically introducing them because they have been here before and their absence has been felt. I would like to take this chance to welcome back TrainStation and Book.

I've never heard of someone being introduced on the forum before. Usually they do it themselves...

Regardless, it's nice to have you both back. Hopefully your stay will be a little more permanent this time, and we'll get on.

I have to ask, was it announced in a chat somewhere or something? I don't think Quill would otherwise notice, let alone make this awkward topic about it.

I didn't think a welcome would be that awkward. You were missed and you are being welcomed back. It's simple and happy. :)

Circumstances for originally leaving make it awkward.

Life moves on. We don't care about the circumstances that lead you away. Just that you have found your way back here, for however long you will stay.

No, I didn't. Sometimes I forget to, or I'm on my kindle, and it's a hassle to get the square brackets.

I have the same problem when I'm using the computer at work. The register computers have no bracket keys at all. But I can make due going to full reply and using one of the available colors and deleting the color value then replacing it with the one I want. A bit of a hassle but it works.
