Ciero makes his way back to his home in Mercua. He puts away his materials from today except for the sketch books he used earlier. He turns to the first sketch he made of the street and everything. He then opens the second sketch book to the lady that he drew earlier. What no one knew was that he had setup his stand right in front of the jewelry store. That had not been an accident. He had a clear view into the shop with every portrait he made. He could draw the whole thing by memory now. He chuckles to himself in evil glee. Time to get to work....
Ciero grabs his charcoal pencils and a very large sketch book. He could easily draw 6-10 panels in this book without having to turn the page. He uses the pencils to break the page into 6 panels.
Panel one: Ciero draws the interior of the jewelry store. He gets the cases in the right spots and the jewels in the counters. He then draws the lady in the store with a smile on her face and a bag in her hand. He didn't know it at the time, but he drew one kiosk slightly out of place. Not enough to matter but possibly enough to be noticed.
The lady looks slightly confused as she shows up in the jewelry store holding a bag. She doesn't remember coming in here. The lights are out and where did the bag come from. 'What is she doing here? What is the bag for? What is going on?'
Panel two: Ciero draws the interior of the jewelry store with the lady in it again. This time the lady has smashed open one of the cases and is loading the jewels into her sack.
The lady moves over and smashes a case. 'Why did I do that?' She scoops up gems and jewels. 'Why am I doing this? What is going on?' She cleans out the first case.
Panel three and four: Similar to panel two, but targeting a different case.
She moves over to another case. 'Why am I moving? I'm not telling myself to move.' She begins to collect all the watches and things from this case into her bag. 'I'm stealing stuff. Why am I stealing stuff? I don't want to be stealing stuff.' Unfortunately for her, she cannot help herself. She cleans out these cases too.
Panel five: Ciero this time draws the lady in the jewelry store, but all the cases are smashed open and the bag she is carrying is full. You see her getting ready to walk out of the store. Every case is empty. Just by looking at the picture, you could easily surmise that the bag held all the jewels.
She moves from case to case. Continually smashing them and taking the contents, putting them in the bag. 'Why can't I stop? What am I doing?' She looks worried, but still cannot stop herself. She keeps going until every case is completely empty, except for glass shards.
Panel six: Ciero draws a sitting room in his home in Mercua. The lady is sitting there in a chair. The bag of jewels is on a nearby table. No one else is around. He then erases the lady, leaving the bag intact. There is a light bit of residual drawing that shows that he had drawn her there, but otherwise no trace of the lady remains.
The lady appears in a sitting room. 'Where am I now? What is going on?' She feels the need to set the bag on the table in front of her. 'What am I doing? At least I'm not holding it anymore?' The lady disappears from the sitting room, leaving the bag of jewelry on the table.
Ciero gets up and closes the sketch book. He places it back in his safe place. (OOC No, I'm not going to begin to mention where that is for those of you reading. I have to keep some secrets after all. /OOC) He moves down into his sitting room and picks up the bag of jewels. What a haul he made tonight. He smiles to himself as he moves back up to another room. The safe had been installed a number of months ago and now he needs use of it. It isn't as if funds were getting low, but it still is safer to keep them to himself.
Ciero thinks to himself...'Those idiots in Corus were just suckers. Lining up to get their portrait drawn. It will be interesting to see them robbing themselves. Better yet it would be such fun to see them robbing something important. And there is nothing they can do about it. Test number 1 was a success. I shall have to consider what I wish to do for test number 2. For now, I am off to bed.'
He locks the safe and secures it down well. He heads back up to his bedroom. Thankfully no one is expecting him tomorrow, so he can sleep in for a while. He settles down for a good long sleep. Using that much power really takes it out of him.
The next morning the owner of the Jewelry Shop comes to the door. He glances in the window and panics. 'There is no crime in Corus! What happened to my shop? Where is all my inventory?' The man breaks down and begins to cry. He is ruined. There was no need for a safe because everyone lived in peace and harmony here. He had nothing left. It devastated him. What was he going to do now?

The last two days had been interesting for Nic. He had spent it in the company of Sophia, walking between the cities instead of taking the train. It had been a very good trip, one that they had learned a bit about the other. He had told her about the team, about the mission of the Warriors.
He had also told her that he enjoyed painting, and that he had started to learn about the low tech style of this planet. He did have something that he could do besides fight, though that was most of his life. He didn't have much else, because that allowed others to have a life.
The sun was coming up on this beautiful spring day, and the city of Corus was finally in sight. Home for Sophia, but a welcome sight for Nic. He enjoyed the comforts of a city just like everybody else.
"<Welcome home,> Sophia." He said, smiling at her. These last few days had been interesting, to say the least.
However, when they were closer, they both heard the yelling, the sobbing. Without a word or a look to Sophia, Nic took off in a full run, already hitting the button to slide the cover off of his Morpher. There was trouble, and he was on hand. He stopped trouble.
He spotted the shop keeper, saw the shattered glass. What had happened here? There was no crime here. He knew that Sophia didn't have any mind control, even though he had teased her about that during the trip.
He wasn't going to overstep his bounds, he'd let Sophia deal with this. Hitting the button again, his Morpher closed.
He hoped they'd get to the bottom of this

The walk back home was nice yet long, she wanted to take the train to get back to her town faster, but she wasn't going to argue or be a diva, though she talked to Nic and got to know him better, it was rather nice. She smiled as he told her welcome home only to frown hearing the sobbing. She took off after Nic, though slower them him and came to a stop at the shopkeeper. She knelt down beside the shopkeeper and looked at the scene for a moment. "Are you hurt? What happened here?" She asked brushing her hair out of her face.

(OOC playing the shopkeeper here as I started this whole mess)
The shopkeeper looks up at Sophia and Nicolgal'ous. He turns to Sophia, his eyes brimming with teams hastily stemmed by their entrance. He murmurs for a bit before finding his voice. However that voice wavers quite a bit and is never steady nor calm for at least the beginning if the conversation.
"Oh Miss Sophia, it is horrible! Horrible I say. I left last night and all was in order. My wares were where they should be. My cases and items all intact. I came back this morning and found the whole place ruined. Yet, the door was locked. Every case smashed! Every gem, jewel, watch, ring, necklace, earring, and setting stolen! Years of hard work and determination, GONE! I shall never get it back. I am ruined! RUINED!!"
The man breaks down to sobbing again. He has not gone more than about 10 feet from the door. He hasn't looked around the shop past the broken display cases and the missing items. He hasn't gotten anywhere since falling into despair at the sight of his broken shop and shattered dreams. As Sophia and Nicolgal'ous listen to the man's narration it is quite easy to tell that he is uninjured physically, but his spirit is broken. They both could easily guess that his spirit was broken at the sight of his life's work ruined.

Nicolgal'ous looked around the surrounding area, knowing how this had happened. There was no crime here, so somebody had figured it out, and knew that this was a prime place to hit. Somebody decided that it was a perfect time, and struck. Even if Sophia had been in the city last night, it wouldn't have mattered. Maybe, though, if he had been here...
He walked a few steps away, looking around. He wasn't a dective, mostly a fighter, but a few of the monsters had hid from the Warriors. Maybe, just maybe, he might find something.
More citizens were coming out, wondering at the noise. He would have to keep them back if he would have a chance at seeing something, or maybe this Jace person. Somebody had to be able to help this man. Hopefully, it would happen, and soon.

(OOC: Sorry this is so short, i don't want to keep this thread waiting though)
IC:
She listened to the shopkeeper her eyes staying soft and caring and nodded to him, "We will get him, don't worry. So you didn't see anything?" She asked angry she was gone while this happened. She stood up and looked at Nic before entering the store looking for any clues or anything to help her figure out who did this, she was not going to let go of this until the person was caught.

Sophia moves into the shop and begin to look around. There is no blood on or around the broken glass in the cases. The tops of the cases looked to have been smashed from above. The only footprints in the plush carpet belong to her. Sophia notices that a heavy case that stands alone has been moved about 3 inches to the left. The indentation in the carpet is easily noticeable. There is unfortunately not much else here that is out of place.
Nicolgal'ous looks around outside. The door itself hasn't been forced. There are no footprints on the sidewalk. The windows are intact. There was no entry from the outside.

Something wasn't right. While he didn't expect any foot prints on the sidewalk, there should have been something around the door itself. No sign of forced entry just wasn't adding up. It was possible that somebody could 'port in and out without leaving a trace, but if somebody was going to do that, it wouldn't have been just one place that got hit. They would have robbed the city blind.
He walked around for a little bit more, and seeing nothing at all, he went back inside to look for Sophia. While he still wasn't sure what she could do, she would want to keep in the loop on everything he knew.
"<It wasn't a forced entry. I'm not sure how this person was able to get out without anybody seeing or hearing anything. How they got in is another mystery.>"
It was a mystery, and one that Nic didn't think he was able to solve on his own. They might have to call somebody else in, and he knew that it would take time. If only he could Telaport like he use to be able too, he could get an expert here NOW.

Sophia slowly went around the shop looking for blood, footprints, finger prints but she found none, all she found as a cabinet that was moved what looked to be moved about two or three inches to the left. She tapped her cheek wondering about that before she heard Nic. She looked at the shopkeeper, "Have you given anyone else a key? Are you missing a key?" She asked looking back at the cabinet and thought about moving it, it was possibly nothing but it was moved quite a bit and why would it be moved if they were looking for something....it was just very odd to Sophia, was there something behind the cabinet? Only one way to find out. She turned around to where her back was against it and pushed will all her might, trying her hardest to move it just a little to see if she was right or not.

Sophia moved around and attempted to push that case around. She tipped it just a little but it wouldn't budge. She stops and looks down at the case again and notices that it wasn't drug across the carpet. It was heavy.
People started moving around outside. The day had begun. People were going to work and heading to shops and various other things. Some of them wander by and look into the jewelry store. You can see the shock on their faces. This was supposed to be a place of peace and harmony.
All of a sudden, screams could be heard from up and down the street. The shopkeeper lifted his head and looked back toward the door. The floor shudders again and again as if something large was passing by outside. Crashing and smashing could be heard a midst the screams. A large cloud of dust blows by on the wind. People are fleeing everywhere.
Chaos has arrived in Corus.
Back in his studio, Ciero chuckles evilly to himself. Oh the utter destruction. Oh the utter chaos. Time to leave the place in ruins.

A key, that was a good possibility. Nic knew what keys were (well, not really, but what the word translated too gave him an idea), so maybe the person had managed to get their hands on a card. That was good thinking on Sophia's part.
He was about to step forward, to ask a question of his own, when he heard the screaming.
Nicolgal was gone in an instant, pivoting on his foot to spin away from Sophia and the shop keeper, and was out the door as fast as he could run. Without thinking, he hit the button on his Morpher, opening up the mini chamber of power that he had on him at all times. He was about to Morph, but he didn't know the threat yet. How many innocent people would start freeking out when they saw a man on fire running out of the recently hit jewelry store?
No, he'd see what he was up against first.

(OOC: Please don't totally ruin her city....she'd cry lol.)
She let out a breath and stopped looking back at the case before the screaming was heard causing her eyes to go wide. She looked at the shutters and toward the door seeing the people scattering. What the hell was going on in her city. She needed someone who was skilled in magic to come help her, she looked over at Nic and sighed rushing over to the shop keeper and told him to stay indoors and hurried off the after Nic coughing a little as her side hurt. This was on what she expected to come back to, this was HER city and now it was in chaos.

Nic and Sophia step out into sheer utter chaos. The fronts of two buildings were in rubble on the ground. The cloud of dust from their demolish still hanging in the air. The back end of an elephant could clearly be seen sticking out of the bank and its trunk sounding a call as it tore up more. Or at least that was what it sounded like. Gorillas were smashing doors and walls. It seemed like half of the zoo had gotten loose. Unfortunately, it wasn't the good half that were running around. People were throwing stones and bricks at windows. Other people were standing around gawking or paralyzed with fear. Yet others were running in panic.
This street was a complete an utter mess, but as they looked down a nearby side street, it was completely untouched. If they could contain this, no more of the city would be ruined.

OOC: Can't destroy your city, I don't have a MegaZord....yet
IC: Nic was completely flabbergasted. What in the bowels of He'l is going on here? He thought to himself. Where did all of these animals come from?
At least, he thought that they were animals. He had seem some on his travels, but hardly ever did any of them allow him to walk up to them and get a good look. Other then a wolf and a bear, Nic hadn't seen anything like this before.
Considering some of the things that the Space Warrior's had sent back in their reports, some of these things might actually be sentient. Yet, if they were, why where they doing this? Sentient or not, they were causing wanton destruction. Nic couldn't allow that.
"<I will attempt to herd them away from the city. Call for any help that you can think of that can get here in the next 2> saquaton." He said, though if anybody else knew what a saquaton was, that would be a miracle of translations. However, considering what was going on, that would probably not be a very large increment of time.
Nic moved towards the Gorillas, thinking that their size would make them a threat that he could deal with easier then the large, pink like creature. Whatever that could be. He needed to save his Morpher energy as best as he could.

Sophia followed quite a few steps behind Nic but got there nonetheless and froze seeing what she saw. "Oh my gosh...." She said shaking her head, she couldn't believe what she was seeing. She shook her head running over to the closest people trying to convince them to either go home or go to the hotel in Centura....she wanted to help the people of her city. Looking toward the elephant her eyes filled with pain and fear. Pain because her city was in chaos and fear because...well this was a bit scary. She moved closer to the animals yelling for people to leave the area. Go home of go to hotel of Centura, but staying in this area was not an option. Some listened, some didn't....which wasn't surprising to Sophia. She watched Nic and the animals quickly forming a plan in her mind.
