It took me a little bit to remember but I do remember watching that once before and I remember that because somebody told me that the guy in the trailer is the same actor who played Johnny. Great video |

Two of the original Cobra Kai guys are in the trailer at the beginning, saying put him in a body bag and stuff like that. And that's the same actor who played the sensei. |

They got all those guys? Holy crap that's awesome. I wonder how they were able to convince them to do it. Money probably but still. I wouldn't think most actors would be interested in something like that but I'm pleasantly surprised to see I was wrong in this instance. |

Before Reading: Apparently late last night while I was typing all this I thought the challenge was tonight when it's tomorrow and since I don't really want to delete anything I typed already and I like to show exactly what was in my mind as the time I thought I'd put this up here so you could see me being stupid. It's been a longass night. So after the Fifty challenge, things have been pretty much dead around camp. Buttercup had asked me to message her after the challenge and tell her if we won or lost but she never responded to it. Leia disappeared completely again and Ivan has only rarely been online either. Pro Tip Ivan, don't use the Russian accent when making business deals. It'll help a lot. The only people from my tribe I've really seen online since the challenge have been Lucy and Atreyu. Both are people who I enjoy talking to and both think they are my number 1. This reminds me of another game I played once where everyone on my tribe thought they were my number 1 and I had them snowed and they kept thinking that up until the confessionals from that game were released. Then people weren't quite so happy with me but eh, that's the game. Lucy and I have gotten to that point in our talks where we don't feel the need to talk game 100% of the time. We both trust each other and with the way things are currently stacked on our tribe we don't have to talk game all the time because we all know what's going to happen. I'm in the driver's seat and I don't think anyone knows it. Everyone wants Leia gone and then once she is gone I'll essentially be picking who goes home from our tribe each time because as I stated, everyone thinks I'm their number 1. Buttercup might not but as far as this tribe is concerned she seems to trust me more than Lucy but it doesn't matter because Lucy trusts me more than her. So once Leia goes I get to decide between Ivan and Atreyu. Lucy wants Atreyu to go because despite initially getting highly annoyed by Ivan she now loves the guy and thinks that he would be a great shield for us to use come a swap or a merge, and yes he would be a great shield because he is acting cocky and arrogant in public spaces so he's making himself a target, but I still don't fully believe that he doesn't have a bigger gameplan than that and come swap or merge he could easily flip on us, and since we don't get to see the vote breakdown each round no one will know if he did or not. I trust Atreyu a considerable amount more than I trust Ivan. I've talked to Atreyu loads more than I have Ivan and I believe he looks at this game logically which is something I do too. The only trouble is he and Lucy don't have real positive opinions of each other which causes issues if I can't convince her to keep him. Lucy is my number 1. We both trust each other. I've said this numerous times. But. Lucy has a way of making people feel uneasy. She's been described as both standoffish and too friendly. The only people I've talked to who I get a great feeling from and who also like Lucy are Rose and Buttercup and Rose is on another tribe and Buttercup I think has even talked a little negative about Lucy so it's very tough. I'm considering that I may have to cut Lucy loose at some point. She's a good ally to have but if nobody wants to work with me because I'm with her then that's a big problem and one that I can't afford. That said I would have to be very careful about how I go about it. If I dump Lucy I either have to make it look like I wasn't a part of it or I have to do it before the jury but I also feel that in this pre-merge part of the game that she is very useful to me and I need her. It is unfortunately however something I have to consider. Lucy is great and I'm sure after the game we'll talk more about video games and whatnot but I can't let friendships formed in an alias game cloud my judgment. I do not think I will need to vote her out anytime soon but the time may come. I hope it doesn't. Because in a final two against Lucy I think I'll win just based on how people talk about her already. If I lose it will be because I failed at keeping the jury happy and they will be pissed off at me. Some would call that a bitter jury. I call it poor jury management. Looking at my tribe as a whole though our only weak link as far as the challenges are concerned seems to be Leia at this point. Yeah, we've only had two challenges and one of them was broken by Ivan in 5 minutes or so but she did screw up on the first one. Could she prove to be a force to be reckoned with in future challenges? Absolutely. But until that point all we have to go on are the past challenges which she did not do well in. There's no question in anyone's mind that she will be the first person voted out of the Jedi Tribe. Ivan was the only question mark in my mind but after he was told Leia was wanting to vote him off he got pissed and he now can't wait to take her out. Also. On the subject of Ivan. His “Ivan breaks things” thread. I love it. Lucy told me how he wanted to put a picture of him breaking Leia which would be hilarious to see but personally I think he should wait until after she is voted out because if he were to do it now then all it would do is cause drama in the Jedi Tribe and I do not like playing with drama in games. Drama is going to happen. Can't stop that. But the less drama I myself am involved in - the better for me and my game. In my experience the people who create drama in a game only succeed in one thing and that is drawing a bigger target on their back, so I would prefer to play a smarter and calmer game than that. Each vote after the Leia vote is going to be a tough one. Ivan vs Atreyu will be tough, not because I'm close to both of them but more because Buttercup and Lucy are tighter with different ones of them. Which is both good and bad. It's bad for that particular vote but it's good for the vote after it because I'm still in a good position. If I had to make a decision now about who would go between Ivan and Atreyu it would be Ivan because I feel that I could better use Atreyu in this game, and if we do have a swap I can count on him to have my back whereas Ivan is more of a question mark for me. Speaking of swaps. Lucy brought up the theory that after four people are voted out we will all be swapped around into 2 tribes of 7 and her theory is supported by the fact that Rose's Hidden Immunity Idol can only be used for the first four rounds of this game. That's a good theory but another one could be that after the next person is voted out we could swap around a bit and have 3 tribes of 5. Personally though I don't think we are going to have any kind of swap this season unless one tribe just gets decimated. My reason for this is simple. Most games you won't see have too many twists to them. This game has already seen 2 twists to the game and no I'm not really counting the Idol or the 3 tribes as actual “twists” though I can see the argument for it. One twist we have is that votes won't be revealed at each tribal council, just who got the majority. That to me is our “major” twist of the season and unless I'm very much mistaken will last throughout the entire game. The other twist for this season is that for those first three days we didn't have our tribes so we were all messaging each other like crazy trying to form inroads that could be used on our starting tribes and if there is a swap or at the merge. That to me is our “swap” twist you could call it and what I mean by that is that was our twist in the game where we got to interact and talk to people who weren't on our initial tribes. I'll use Palau as an example here. The first day or two of Palau they had no tribes. It was just 20 people on one beach. Then the tribe pick'em happens and Wanda and Jonathan go home and we get to sit through 7 or so episodes of Ulong getting decimated and despite Ulong's decimation they never had a tribe swap which I think was very telling that they had no intentions to have a tribe swap in Palau. Now of course they can change things as the game moves on and maybe they just wanted to see what would happen but I'm sticking to my theory. Am I right? Only time will tell. Now then. Let's talk a little bit about the Bonsai tribe shall we? They lost the last challenge and as such they had to vote someone out. Previously I stated that I felt it would be either Westley or Maximus that gets voted out as they were both already gunning for each other in the pre-tribes phase. I felt at the time that Maximus would have the advantage but that Trip and Romeo were unknowns in the equation and I wasn't sure where they fit in. Well as things would have it Maximus did go home and Westley came out on top. Now I could see Westley getting toppled next as Apollo knows how very shifty Westley was pre-tribes, and if memory serves I believe Trip knew as well. Perhaps it is an Apollo-Trip-Romeo alliance that is ruling on Bonsai and they decided to first split up the Maximus-Daniel duo and will afterwards take out Westley. It's a good theory but it's all speculation. I do feel though that once again Westley is going to be in some trouble at the next Bonsai Tribal Council, but logic dictates that Daniel is in more trouble because he was tight with Maximus and that's who Westley will target next because he previously deemed him as being “too shifty” and unless my theory on Trip-Apollo-Romeo is correct or if someone royally screws up the next challenge - then I think Daniel will go. I hope not though because he is another person who I can connect with and use if need be. I would much prefer for Westley to get voted out at this point however. As for who is most safe on that tribe? I gotta go with Apollo right now. He started the game out a little slow, but so did Trip and Romeo and he seems to have the most chops out of the three of them from my littler interactions with them previously. As for Krypton. I believe I said previously that Juliet or Laurie would be their likely vote. Well with Maximus being gone I think that improves Laurie's position in the tribe and Lois falls down a peg, so if they lose the next challenge it'll be between Lois and Juliet I feel, though if I'm being honest I would prefer for Laurie to get voted out as I personally feel the least comfortable with her and don't want to get in a situation where I have to rely on her vote. She claimed before that she really liked me and had a great feeling about me, but at that point we had only exchanged 1 or two messages and they were both brief so I don't get how she has that feeling at all. It's 6am as I type this all out. I'm working overnight playing babysitter over a fireworks tent making sure nothing gets stolen. I'm hoping to get some sleep before tonight's challenge as Lucy is sitting out. I wish I knew that I'd be working this fireworks tent sooner or else I would have volunteered sitting out myself. Hopefully I'm able to make it to the challenge and not screw things up due to a lack of sleep. I get the feeling that this challenge will be some kind of match-up so it'll be something like Johnny vs. Romeo vs. Marion and whoever gets the best score in whatever wins a point and whichever tribe does the best wins. The challenge is titled “Capture the Flag” which is what makes me think it'll be the match-up with points challenge but it could also be something where there will be images of flags scattered on the boards and we have to find them and post the image for Brobst and whichever tribe gets the most flags wins. I saw this challenge be used last season. Whatever the challenge is though I'm not too concerned about it. If we win then cool we don't go to tribal but if we lose then Leia gets voted out which is good too. Personally I'd prefer to win this one and keep our meatshield around a little longer. Next round though... I really wouldn't be too heartbroken to lose a challenge and vote out Leia but I'm not going to throw it. |

Oh good god I typed a lot last night. That's the thing with my confessionals I don't say much every day. I like to wait a few days and see all that's going on then once I got some good stuff to spill I let it all out. |

One of my favorite things about you so far is that you don't seem to be the type of player who blames other people if things end up not going in your favor. That tends to be a rare trait in any Survivor online games. |

It's a shame too that not more people seem to realize that. I mean, it seems to be that on a lot of things I understand more about the theory of the game than a lot of people but the unfortunate side is that I make a lot of the same mistakes despite being aware of things. Theres another guy I know who you are probably familiar with from PoS who has gone on record to say that in orgs and on the show if you aren't bitter about being voted out and if you aren't a bitter juror then you aren't doing your job right and you shouldn't have been cast. That kind of attitude and mindset about the game just boggles my mind. |

So, catch me up on the mood of your tribe and what you're thinking strategically at this stage of the game. 1) Is your tribe truly working together as a team, or is everyone out for themselves? 2) Who on your tribe do you think is your biggest competition? Who on your tribe has your back? 3) Who on the other tribe do you see as your biggest competition? Who on the other tribe do you think would have your back if you played your cards right? |

Whoops! Thought I'd confessionalized already since Ivan's demise. No matter. I shall do so now. So there we were. Leia, Atreyu, Buttercup, Lucy and myself were all online for the challenge and all we are waiting on is Ivan. Everyone is wondering where Ivan is as we haven't heard a peep out of him in days. Well low and behold Brobst drops a bombshell. Ivan has had to quit the game. What. Are you freaking kidding me? DUDE! You were safe! Leia would have gone! I get that he was probably busy with his real life but I hate when people have to leave the game. But I wish he didn't have to go as things were looking great and he was our big muscle for challenges. He broke all the things! All the things! So everyone got a free pass. We played the challenge out anyways. Everyone was doing their part finding the other tribe's puzzle pieces as per the rules except for one idiot. Leia. Why am I not surprised that Leia screwed up such a simple task. THE RULES SAID TO GET THE OTHER TRIBE'S FLAG PIECES! NOT YOUR OWN! HOW CAN YOU SCREW THAT UP! If she had just posted the photo and said sorry and then did good then whatever but no. She posted one of our pieces not once, but twice! Twice! And each time we told her not to do that! This girl has some serious reading comprehension problems. She has done NOTHING in this tribe. She has been lead to think that there is a female alliance on this tribe and I'm sure that she thinks now that she is in charge of it since she got to pick Ivan as the “target” before and now she has picked me as her new “target.” Hey Leia, I got a secret to tell you. Come over here real quick I need to whisper it to ya, “YOU'RE NOT IN CONTROL OF ANYTHING YOU DUMBASS! YOU'RE GOING HOME!” Gah! I know I said before that you can never just dismiss someone in this game but I also said that It's likely I won't take my own advice on that and I'll admit I've dismissed Leia. The worst part is I was seriously considering throwing the last challenge or this one so that we could finally be rid of her but then Ivan had to quit! All the plans, RUINED! So frustrating. But a good Survivor player can adapt to any situation. We are down to five and we are stuck with Leia unless we lose. We can't risk throwing a challenge now and we won't. I do think that this tribe is working as a team. For the moment at least. We know we need each other to survive during this tribal phase. However. That being said. It's foolish to not be thinking about your own individual game and doing things that will benefit yourself. I've put myself in a position on this tribe where everyone likes me and wants to work with me except for Leia and I'm sure that we are all thinking about who we connect with later one and what's best for us long term. Hell, I know I am. Yeah I'm talking all gung-ho for the Jedi tribe, but a lot of that is to get people to think that's how I am going to be and that they should be all gung-ho and loyal with me later on when need to start doing things for myself. The thing to remember about this game is that it's an individual game. Only one person can win. You can't form an alliance of five and expect to all be in the finals. Everyone but 2 or 3 people will get voted out and only 1 of those 2 or 3 people will win so you have to think about what's best for yourself. Sometimes what's best for you in the long run is to sacrifice something or someone who is good for you now so that later on you will have someone who is good for you. Not everyone wants to work with each other so you have to constantly think about not only what is best for you but what is best for everyone else and you have to try and manipulate their wants in a way that match up with yours or convince them that what's best for you is actually best for them. As far as my biggest competition on this tribe goes, I'd say it's either Buttercup or Atreyu. Atreyu has shown to me that he thinks A LOT about this game. He and I have sent long messages back and forth but the trick is who else is he sending these messages to or who else does he intend to send these messages to come a swap or the merge. Atreyu is very smart and you can be damn sure that he is out for himself in this game which I can't blame him because we all should be. I feel like with the exception of Leia everyone on this tribe has my back with Atreyu and Lucy having my back the least. Now I said Lucy has my back the most but I don't have her as my biggest competition. Here's why. Lucy has shown to me that she doesn't communicate the same way with people who she isn't already attached to. Therefore she's not creating as strong a bonds as I am with people and people will be less inclined to want to work with her or possibly vote for her in the end. Of course, this could backfire on me if I become the villain who has to backstab everyone and then they all vote for Lucy to win who none of them had a close connection to. We'll have to see. Looking at the other tribes. It's not easy to figure out who would be the biggest competition but for Bonsai I'll say Apollo. I've said it before and I'll say it again I believe Apollo has the power over on Bonsai and that he is probably letting Westley think he has the power when in reality he does not. Apollo may have been slow on the uptake with this game but so was Romeo and so was Trip and with those three on the same tribe it makes sense to theorize they are together. So that tells me he is smarter and he can manipulate which makes him a threat. For the ladies, it's harder to say as I don't have a real solid theory on their dynamics but if I had to throw a name out there I'd say Marion as she is friendly and talkative and I think she could have gotten herself in a good position. I would say Rose if she didn't have the idol but that could have easily put a target on her back. Who from the other tribes might have my back if I played my cards right? Wow. Way to make me think there is a swap coming up very soon. Alarm bells are ringing Brobst! I think if I played my cards right I could get Apollo, Daniel, Rose and Lois on my side. Not in one big group. No way. But individually. Sometimes that's the smarter thing in these games. Don't make a big alliance as people can turn on it. Instead work with the individuals. Just don't tell them you have the votes and then tell them you can't say who you have. That's a one-way ticket to Ponderosa. I could potentially get Westley on my side as well if he is in the minority but everyone on my tribe is going to want him gone first so theres no real hope of that. Daniel I could definitely get if he's in the minority and with Maximus being first out it certainly appears that he is. Lois I didn't talk to much but we did talk a bit and nothing seemed hinky about her. Of the four I'm the least sure on her but I'm optimistic. Rose. Day 1 Rose, Lucy and myself were supposed to be a threesome so provided she doesn't have any good solid deals on Krypton we can get her but the tricky thing is that since Lucy and I are on the same tribe Rose may see that as we have a final two deal and she would just be our number three and that's where things get difficult as we'd have to convince her otherwise. Apollo will be tricky if my theory holds true. He might be the one coming to me trying to get me to join up with him and if he does then I say yes of course and I use him for as long as I can before I dump his ass if I'm at all able. Unfortunately as far as my tribe is concerned there isn't much to talk about with Ivan quitting. Maybe after tonight I'll have more to say but I do appreciate any questions or comments you want to give me. I'll answer anything and everything. |

Okay. Obviously PMs are off so I haven't gotten to talk to people yet but boom! Tribe swap. 2 tribes of 7. My plan at this point is to align former Jedis and former Kryptons together to go against Bonsai. Sounds like the plan to have at the moment. Hopefully Lois and Juliet are tight and we can form a foursome to take out the threesome. Sometimes it's good being the tribe with less numbers going into a 3 tribe to 2 tribe swap. |
