Well, obviously, I don't know how the voting blocks were aligned prior to that - but IF the plan was to vote out Max, they probably should still do that. Especially with how aggressive Max can be, and was tonight. You don't leave him in the game when Laurie is almost acting like she would be handicapped without him. Can't wait to pick the brain of whomever joins me in 15 minutes though. Would the votes be there against Trip? Rose, Laurie, Max...anyone care to make a BIG move? IF it is Max, I will definitely have to ask why he didn't make a move with me on Thursday to weaken that obvious threesome. |

QUICK QUESTION: Curious why you stopped allowed multi-player messaging? Did you do that in recent seasons or just start now? Curious to hear your thought process. |

This is the first season I've done that. But group messages can just be a trainwreck. Felt better about eliminating them. People can get way too comfortable and think that their "alliance" is all good because they're communicating in a group setting instead of one on one with each player. That's a big reason. Also, group messages almost always go haywire in this setting since each recipient has to be added back in on each reply. It's a recipe for disaster. And I know these games can get plenty chaotic without the added situation of group messages that get out of control. That's the quick answer, LOL. ![]() |

Makes sense. I definitely can see how not having group messaging allows for a little more uncertainty and chaos. |

I'm with Romeo on this one. I think there's just as much potential for chaos with group messaging as there is without it. |

For clarification, I think not having group messages made the game more chaotic. That doesn't mean games with group messages aren't chaotic but I do think its easier to lull people into a false sense of numbers and calm when you are talking in a group. I foud it much harder to really trust people when all you have is one-on-one notes comparing and hearsay. |
