Greetings, Westley! You've made a helluva run at this game from your first phase playing full tilt and blindsided, then getting the chance to return, fixing things, becoming a challenge rockstar, and stirring things up and getting so close to the end! Thanks for everything you've brought to this experience. It's been a wild ride! I've added a FINAL WORDS topic to your Confessional, and once it's done, I'll post your Final Words in tonight's Tribal Council for everyone to see. And be sure to check the JURY HOUSE DETAILS thread for more info about your time here. Also.... *EVERY JURY MEMBER NEEDS TO EARN THEIR SPOT TO KEEP THEIR JURY SEAT. PONDEROSA MEMBERS HAVE BEEN INFORMED THAT IF A JUROR ISN'T ABLE TO STAY ON THE JURY ~ I WILL BUMP ONE OF THEM INTO AN AVAILABLE SPOT.* *SO, JUST BECAUSE YOU'RE OUT OF THE GAME..........DON'T DISAPPEAR. WE WILL NEED ACTIVE JURORS TO COMPLETE THIS GAME.* *OBVIOUSLY, YOU DON'T HAVE TO LOG IN CONSTANTLY, BUT ALL JURORS NEED TO KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON AROUND HERE..........AS YOU WILL EACH HAVE AN IMPORTANT VOTE AT THE END.* * * * EACH JUROR NEEDS TO LOG IN A MINIMUM OF AT LEAST THREE TIMES EACH WEEK AND PARTICIPATE AROUND HERE TO KEEP YOUR SPOT IN THE JURY. IF YOU NEED TO BE AWAY....... ........PLEASE INFORM ME BEFOREHAND AND WE'LL SEE IF WE CAN WORK SOMETHING OUT. BUT NO JURY SPOT IS GUARANTEED UNLESS EACH OF YOU REMAIN ACTIVE AND EASY TO REACH HERE IN THE JURY HOUSE. * * * Now.... ~ A few questions for you to answer as you get settled in: 1) What was the main thing you wanted to change about your approach once you got to return at the merge? 2) Post-merge, which players did you feel you meshed with the best strategically and why? 3) If there's one round after returning that you'd play differently in hindsight, what would it be and why? |

Welcome to the Jury, Wes. We've got some talking to do, once you're settled. This vote wasn't a huge surprise to us, but it was something of a let-down. But now we finally get to talk without the game getting in the way, and for that, I'm actually happy! |

Wes, I'm sorry to see you here. Going into tonight, I was hoping it wouldn't be you or Laurie. I was pulling for you two. And against Trip. Haha. |

![]() Wes! I was bummed to see you go surprisingly. While you'll see that, unlike some of my fellow jurors, I didn't think you had a shot to win, I did always genuinely enjoy you. You were a lot of fun - and that's what this game is for, in large part - fun. I enjoyed scrambling with you the round I left, even if you were giving me a good runaround. Now kick back and enjoy the Jury. It's a Bonsai sausage fest, and Apollo hogs all the beer, but we know how to have a good time. Good game man. |

Huh. It appears Wes went offline without saying a word to his fellow Jurors. Hopefully, it's temporary - to go buy a pony keg - and we'll see him soon... |

hey guys sorry I was driving. I will now be accepting comfort hugs. actually surprised that I went. I thought everyone would want me sitting with them at the end. I'll take it as a compliment. looking forward to catching up with everyone! would love to talk about the game as well, this was definitely a personal growth experience for me. to answer brobst's questions.. 1) I wanted to show people that I could play and not be an idiot. I think I hope some moments where I accomplished that ![]() 2) I expected to come back best friends with Apollo and Dan but in the first few days I clicked with Lucy more than anyone. I definitely stuck with trip and rose through the whole post merge game. but I'm glad I got a chance to work with everyone at one point or another 3) the double boot round, I should not have gone for Apollo. I'm sure we'll talk about that one more in depth, but people had almost forgotten I had come back at that point. ok surprised I didn't go next. also this last round I'm not sure if I fucked up or the cards were just stacked against me. but obviously I should not have stuck with that alliance. I'm gonna grab a drink hopefully you guys will be staying up? |

Much respect to you, Wes. I would have voted for you in a Final 2 situation over anyone left except Laurie. I was definitely Team Wes at the end there. I actually think you played pretty well post-merge (you can check out what I said about you in my own Welcome To The Jury thread). I regret not working with you once you came back. That was my bad. I just could never figure out where your head was at or who you really wanted to work with. |

Same here Wes...I would definitely have voted for you in the end. I really wish we had talked more right after we merged and I know that was largely my fault. I do regret it. I was happy that you and I did manage to have that conversation in the game...unfortunately it was too late. I really interested to hear your take on Trips game and what you think of it. |

How do you expect things to play out from here, Wes? I'm guessing Laurie will have to win the next two immunities to stay safe - which is the main reason she voted for you tonight - in order to give herself a better chance at getting those immunities. |

thanks Dan. I definitely didn't know I was I'm such a bad spot on that group no would've been down to jump with you and Laurie if I had realized. I think we all know that trip is the best list out there. Laurie is hands down going home if she loses another challenge. I see trip in the end no matter what. he's playing a great 2nd place game. I'd like to place my vote for atreyu. I'm not sure how many of you guys had serious game conversations with him but the guy is absolutely brilliant thanks for the nice comments guys. it's nice to be able to talk without any tension |

My own personal question is if you were ever genuinely trying to work with me the round I went home, and it so, when you knew the ppm wasn't going anywhere? My suspicion is I was just being set up and humored. |

Yes! Another Atreyu sympathizer! I've said it many times - I am far and away most impressed with his game. Knows exactly what he is doing and extremely aware of what is going on around him. |
