I was actually. I think we had a lot of routes we could've taken. that vote was actually a huge turning point in the game because they drew a line in the sand by not telling us about the vote for you. I was PISSED that night - you can ask Apollo and Max. trip ended up being your "replacement" in our 4 |

I think the only way Trip has to worry is if Laurie wins immunity on Tuesday...then he could be in trouble. |

My guess is that Atreyu has Rose on lock, and was starting to really form a new bond with Laurie as far back as my boot round, if not sooner. I know for a fact he at least went out on a limb to try and get Laurie to vote with "us" that round. Anyhow, you were just too big of a challenge threat. It was a big risk to let you hang around, win immunity, and decide their fates. The logical thing was to take you out. And that's a compliment. I really was going all-in with you after the Lucy boot, but I was up front with you before that. Honestly, when Brett's confessional's open up, you'll see I did politic pretty hard to Trip about keeping you at New Jedi. I thought there were a lot of advantages, and by that time I'd learned to oddly understand you style. Anyhow, thanks for that one vote against Johnny! Ha. |

It's highly dependent on who he sat next to, and who joins us here, but the Jury House does seem very anti-Trip. I just don't agree. The man has survived how many tribal councils in a row now? 10!?!? That's impressive, and something obviously none of us could do. The only person I'd vote for over Trip in the Finals is Atreyu, and I highly doubt there is any way those two would be at the end together. And I don't see any way in which Rose is not sitting at the end - aside from maybe Laurie winning F3 immunity and feeling some sense of loyalty to another ally. |

I agree with this. No way I'd ever vote for Trip to win this game. Way too dirty - I can't reward that kind of play. If I had to choose between Atreyu and Rose...gosh...that one would really irk me. I'd come down to who had the better FTC performance - I don't really see any merit in either one. Romeo has been giving Atreyu a lot of love, but I just don't see it. Sure, you can just sit around and hope that no one writes your name down. Let the egos go after one another. Send only one or two longer messages per day. But that doesn't mean your some kind of brilliant master-mind. It means your riding a wave of luck to the end. That's what both Rose and Atreyu are doing - riding the wave of luck. But...like I said, that's still better than what Trip is doing

LMAO...that last challenge on Bonsai we did try to throw. The whole thought process was that Romeo was dangerous to have in a swap situation. You were safe though...we (me/Dan/Trip) wanted to keep you around. |

Apollo also took over a minute on one of his responses that challenge. Haha. I didn't want to make it that obvious... Lol |

That's way off base. You were lucky to survive until the merge, were you not? I was lucky that Krypton sucked in that last challenge. And so on and so forth. Luck plays a role in all of our games. But Atreyu has had a conscientious strategy and has been really aware of everything that has been going on. You don't have to be a brilliant mastermind to win this game. You don't have to make big, bold moves. Often times, those very things are counterproductive to actually winning the game! Atreyu has obviously formed the right bonds at the right times and navigated the game extremely well. He never put himself out there on a sinking ship, and he's let "bigger, bolder" players fall by the wayside. The man knows what he's doing, and it is more than commendable. It's damn impressive, and a style of game I personally would not have the patience to play even if it ensured me I would have done better than I did here. Sometimes the best move, is no move at all. |

It wasn't that hard for me to do badly in a challenge...check out my track record...I am pretty consistent in that area, lol. |

I'm still curious though. You two are so sold on how close you were with Trip back then. I'll be interested to read his confessionals and see if he was truly as close with you guys and you seem to think. I think he always wanting me to be an ace in his hole, until he realized I wasn't quite as controllable as my early-game absent self suggested. |
