Poor baby ... been sitting for two years almost.

They finally started making calipers for them....got a set to replace the multi times rebuilt old ones that were locked up again.

Next is the clutch. Believed to either be original or the second. It's not gone the springs are just worn out...it is 57 years old now...83,000 original miles.

Back off friend of an ass...

That's my baby she is never leaving this house.

Brought it home when the boy was one. In multiple boxes. My wife was pissed...

The idiot PO cut out the f pillar which completely separated the two halves of the car...took a lot of work to get that lined back up.

Love that car.

Getting a bit sad though...old restoration when I did not have much money and bought a second hand interior etc.

I might also put it back to its original color....iris blue with a blue top... it had steel wheels as well. Not sure about reverting to those but they are up in the attic.

I do like them in Iris blue. But the Old English White on red is a classic.

Making my list of things to do.

Gonna do a compression check this weekend. I think she's getting a bit tired. While I'm pulling the engine for the clutch I may do a bit of freshening up. Not a total rebuild but maybe a new bottom end and valve springs etc. It's not damaged but just tired.

Painting the engine bay etc. It's pretty messy under there.

Friend just dragged home a 78 MGB.
He does this every few years.
This one has the chrome bumper retrofit
and wire wheels..
Also a Mustang V6, Automatic.
Needs some work but runs he claims.
We will see if he drives it or takes it apart ?
