Kyou munched on a hotdog as he moved among the crowd outside the Moon Palace. There were people getting pictures in front of the famous landmark but mostly, they were surrounding the roped off attack area in the Palace Gardens as though Senshi might appear and put on a show.

I wish I'd gotten one without relish, Kyou mused, paying more attention to his food than what was going on around him. This was why it was never a good idea to put him as a keystone for any plane.

"Soldier marches on his stomach," he mused, popping the rest of the treat in his mouth. Eyeing a entrepreneurial man running a crape stands, Kyou wondered if he had time to get one of those before Raijin came into play. Humm...

Glancing around, he edged toward the cart.

Rajin liked that one of them showed a little courage and while he wished he could actually get the workout he wanted he knew that injuring or killing them would not be tolerated.

The wind was a nice effect even when it was a minor annoyance. He didn’t really care what gave him a momentary smile was the senshi who faced him.

He didn’t speak as he clang of magical weapon to weapon could be heard. He didn’t move as he exerted a little strength but didn’t push down to hard as she may decided to slip her hold on his weapon and trip him up.

He heard the warning of the senshi that had gotten behind him and decided to give them a lesson about electricity and an arc flash.

He charged his body and then directed down Shi. As it channeled down he let up his pressure and then at the last possible second he pulled Shi up and the differences in electrical continuity cause a large flash. He had done this before and it was a dazzling feat if you looked at it. He fortunately had closed his eyes.

The rush of water was his next immediate concern as it rushed and he hadn’t even had a chance, a very small one to dodge it, although his options were limited. Time to rush the senshi in front of him and knock her down.

He rushed forward and if she was dazed enough she would be tossed into the oncoming wave.

Almost as soon as she had skidded to a halt in Rajin's path, the distinct clang of metal colliding with metal rang in Aria's ears. She could see Kaimana position herself behind the man and loose her attack but the man threw in an attack of his own. The brilliant flash had its intended effect, temporarily blinding Titania while she was focused on him.

That was she felt a two part hit. The first was a solid body blow that threw her to the ground and the second was cold and wet. Neptune's attack. Swept up in the water, Titania was dragged back into the rubble of the guard house. As the water subsided, she shook her head and tried to regain her senses. Her vision cleared slowly but there was also the distinct chill of a light breeze across her newly dampened arms, legs and face. "I'm okay." she called out.

"TITANIA!" Neo Neptune's eyes were wide as saucers while she watched her own attack back-lash so terribly. The enemy had moved so fast, first using his own power to do something that nearly blinded her, and then shoving Titania into the line of her attack. The teal-haired Senshi could only watch, heart heavy, as the red-head was sent flying backward by the force of the water that struck her, tumbled this way and that by the overwhelming wave before coming to a stop at the guard house.

That doesn't happen in the stories...' Neptune thought, frozen in place by the sight of her attack striking one of their own. Her hands had come up as if in prayer and she did manage to take a single step forward, as if intending to rush after Titania and check on her, but it was the only movement she had managed as fear and shock coursed through her.

Thankfully Titania was quick to shout that she was okay, and that sent a wave of instant relief through Neptune. With the relief came a new and somewhat overwhelming sense of injustice and anger. 'He made me hurt my new cousin! Aqua eyes quickly scanned the area, searching for the enemy, and her hands were already glowing as she summoned her power for another attempt.

"Sailor Moon, look out!" Cheng'e's eyes widened at the sight of Neptune's attack rushing toward them, carrying Titania with it. There was nothing she could do, she was just a little Guardian! If Neo Moon didn't do something, the three of them--her, Moon, and the civilian--would be struck by the attack, as well!

As if he wasn't waiting for an answer he let off a line of electricity that split to go after both senshi and then Kyou and the kitten.

"Let's begin..."

He rushed toward Kyou hand still on Shi.

Way to sound like a video game, cuz, Kyou thought to himself.

Watching the senshi, his head filled with music. It was like watching a dance - a poorly choreographed dance, but a dance none the less. It was amazing really. They seemed so in-tune with protecting him and they didn't even know him. What's more, Neo Sailor Moon wasn't demanding Rajin's head for daring to fight on her property but rather demanding he leave. She was just going to let him walk away.

Man, he wished he could take video of all of this. The General would have a conniption of she heard such things. If something like this happened outside their base, General Ceto would not hesitate to destroy them.

It made Kyou wonder who was right here. The one with too much mercy or the ones with none at all. Even the little kitty was in on this protection deal. It was truly humbling.

He chuckled to himself as Neo Sailor Neptune referred to his cold hearted cousin as Buzz Lightening. He was totally using that later.

Watching the senshi move, us their powers, it was really something else.

Kyou was completely distracted by the goings on around him to notice Neo Sailor Moon had moved beside him. Instantly he winced and grasped his ribs. "I'll live," he said in a pained voice. "I don't know what happened. I was just getting a crepe when this guy dropped this." He held up the sai Raijin had passed to him. "I went to give it to a guard cause its a weapon outside of the palace and I didn't want to get arrested for it. Then the guy just goes ape shit." He wined. "Pardon my language."

Hoping to gain a bit more favor, he stumbled slightly, letting his eyes glass over like he might pass out any second.

Meantime, Taka had been at the palace gates holding all of his princess's shopping bags. He'd been begging the guard for what felt like hours to let him in but the palace had been closed to the public due to the attack.

He was just about to give up when he heard the commotion going on at the guardians. When he heard a loud crash, he fit pumped. "Someone else is attacking," he said joyfully. That meant Kaimana might come out to him since they wouldn't let him in to her. Then the situation fully hit him. "Oh crap! Someone else is attacking!"

Grabbing up Kaimana's many shopping bags, he half stumbled, half ran toward the battle.

Rajin didn't waste time as he wasn't one to show mercy. He kept his focus and when he stopped moving it was beside the senshi with the bow and arrow.

"You should focus."

He snapped a kick toward her ankle and got ready to fight her as he brought up his weapon to drive the pommel into her side. If those succeeded he would then go target the one who dared try to douse him with water.

Neo Moon turned her head from the electrified attack the enemy was charging. She could only watch as Neptune's powerful wave swept into Titania, sending her back into the rubble. Thankfully she was okay and Neo Moon turned her attention back to Kyou. "Can you stand? I can help get you out of here. I know you're in pain but we have to be quick," Neo Moon looked at the sai that was in his possession. "Oh I'm keeping that..." She looked back at Kyou. "Are you going to pass out? Hey!" She patted his face. "No passing out. I don't think the kitten and I can carry you."

The flash of light and the power of Neptune's wave was enough to break Mars' focus. Her arrow lowered and it was enough to give Rajin the element of surprise. With a quick sweep, he knocked her down to the ground. She laid daze for a quick second before her instinct kicked in and she was able to roll away from his blow. Nimbly she was on her feet. "I may need to focus but you should be more mindful of the flames," Neo Mars threw her arms out to the side. "Dragon's Blaze!" Her body immediately glowed bright as burning flames were thrown at him, aiming to hit him square in the chest.

Titania staggered her way out of the rubble of the guard house. By some stroke of fate, the guy wasn't going after her first. It paid to have others there to provide help! She could only imagine what Kaimana was thinking after her attack had failed so spectacularly but that was a thought for another time when they weren't in the middle of a fight. By the time she regained her focus, the man was now facing off with Mars as she apparently managed to fire off her own attack at such a close range. Stumbling out of the rubble and staggering past a single piece of debris, Titania broke into a full run toward the pair.

But as she moved closer, Titania broke her path and curved to the left. Now she had a clearer shot with nothing but wall on the other side of Rajin. As long as Mars didn't move forward too much, and if Neptune was able to loose her attack in time, he would be stuck in a two pronged assault. "Aero Lance!" she called out as she lifted her arm into the air, a slender cyclone of swirling air forming above. Once the cyclone had compressed to its proper javelin shape, she drew back and then threw her attack.

Rajin was good but eating fire wasn't among his feats or specialties. He would have frowned had not he caught movement from his left side. Ah the wind bag was up again. Nice. She would be useful. He started to back up to give himself room then heard her call out an attack. So she was again reliant upon her magical attacks. That was a weakness to be used against her. He saw the fire rush at him and that wind attack. He wondered if they collided what would happen. Just had to time it right.

"Oh so nice. A warm fire. This shall hurt."

He felt the heat and then the impact sent him flying. The best part, not in his mind, was the he ended up on fire and laying on the ground. The pain he managed quite well. So used to pain and suffering another approach would be needed. Time to play possum until they all got close. Then give them a shocking time.

OOC: Okay, so I'm going to do some switching around and improvising here. :)

Neo Neptune's attack was coming straight for the decimiated Guardhouse that Cheng'e, Neo Moon, and the civilian, Kyou, were standing in. Titania had already been picked up by the ocean water and was now being tumbled about in the waves of the attack, but there was nothing any of them could do to stop it from striking all of them. The feline had cried out for Neo Moon to watch out, and now all she could do was cringe, eyes closed tight and claws dug into the ground beneath her, while she waited for the inevitable.

Except the water never came. Opening her eyes, Cheng'e found herself staring up at the back of a man dressed in gold armor over a black uniform. The figure was familiar to her, if only because she'd seen him before. 'Umber!' the man's name would never be forgotten by the feline, not since he'd helped to save so many people in the attacks on the ship. Of course, she hadn't expected him to show up, here!

Umber had arrived in time to see the spectacular failure of Neo Neptune in her attack against the man that had attacked the palace. Not waiting to see what would happen, the Knight performed a second teleport, this time appearing directly in front of Neo Moon, Cheng'e, and the young man they were standing with. His sword was already up, the words of his defensive power leaving his lips the second he reappeared. "Telluric Armament!"

Instantly a sheild of gold energy appeared along the length of his blade, large enough to protect him and those behind him from the water that rushed past them. Neo Neptune's attack would leave the four of them unharmed, though there was nothing he could do for Sailor Titania, since she was already picked up by the sea water. Once Neptune's attack had finished, Umber released the energy of his shield and it vanished, then he turned, blade up and at the ready, to watch the man that had attacked the palace while he did a number on Neo Mars.

Seeing him, now, there was no doubt in Umber's mind just who this was. It was one of the four soldiers that had originally attacked his mother. The man moved with amazing speed, and it was clear he had years of experience with fighting. Where did he come from? Umber could only guess at the man's origins, or his reasoning in attacking their kingdom. Taking a breath, the blond Knight turned to take in the sight of Neo Moon, Cheng'e, and the teen they were helping.

"Neo Moon..." Once again his gaze came up, and he found himself really taking her in. She looked amazing in her Senshi uniform--powerful, yet innocent--her wide eyes and parted lips were enough to raise any man's desires, even Umber. He drank her in, a vision of beauty, and Neo Moon would feel a strange, intense heat in his eyes before he finally forced himself to turn away. "You should help your fellow Senshi. I will watch after Cheng'e and this...man..." dark blue eyes landed on the red-head, narrowing with suspicious scruitiny.

Cheng'e breathed a sigh of relief when Titania called that she was alright, and watched in wide-eyed awe when the red-head got back on her feet and rushed back to the fighting. She truly was a testament to the Senshi!

'I don't care what Haruka has to say, Aria is a blessing!' the little kitty thought to herself, her eyes locked on the fight with the enemy. However, when the strange Knight that had rescued them spoke, she was quickly drawn to his face. The look in his eyes as he studied Neo Moon was enough to make her blush! There was so much heat, so much...desire...appreciation...in that gaze. A shiver ran down the feline's spine and she instantly found herself rising ot all fours and stepping between Neo Moon and the Knight. She didn't know why, but the way he looked at the Princess really rubbed Cheng'e the wrong way.

Thankfully, the Knight turned his back on her and then proceeded to tell her to help the others. On the one paw, Cheng'e couldn't believe his adacity in ordering Neo Moon around; on the other, he had a point. At a loss for what to do, Cheng'e could only stand in silence, glancing back toward Neo Moon to see how SHE responded.

By the time Neo Neptune had found her target, her hands were glowing a brilliant blue-green with the energy she was holding in reserve for her next attack. She caught sight of Raijin just in time to see Neo Mars' blast him with a ball of dragon-shaped fire that seemed intent on devouring their victim. By a stroke of luck that attack actually hit the man! Fire blossomed in Raijin's face and he went flying backward with the force of the blast. Not wanting to be left out of the fight, Neptune let loose her own power.

"Raging Tsunami!" once again a massive, magical wave of sea water rushed from over the top of her, and since Raijin was left lying on the ground in a smoldering heap, he wasn't able to dodge the wave, this time. The water crashed over the top of him and picked him up, sending him tumbling across the ground while magic did real damage to his person. Nearly the same instant, Titania's lance impacted with the swirl of water, and rather than negate each other, the power of wind and sea seemed to combine together to make an even worse impact on poor Raijin.

The only benefit to the double attack was that the man was no longer burning, but he was left lying prone on the ground. But was he out for the count? Not thinking about the possible danger, Neo Neptune rushed forward to check on their enemy, though she did have the sense to stop a few feet away from him, just out of strike range for a physical blow.

Rajin heard the approach of one and waited. He was going to get at least two of them so that he could make good his escape. He was more disciplined than most and would wait. While he was in pain and he wanted nothing more than pop up and actually give these stupid women a real lesson. He kept up the ruse and wanted them to learn a hard lesson and that was going to be one he taught them. She might be out of range of a physical attack. He was going to wait though. Come on now don't be shy. Come look at the bad guy whom you knocked out.

Watching the rather surprisingly successful effect Neptune's, then her own, attack, Titania drew her sais from her sash. Like Neptune, she approached slowly, one of the razor sharp weapons pointed forward as she approached. Stopping several feet from him, she watched him closely. One thing Titania knew above all else from the different fights she had witnessed or been part of on Earth, just because someone was down did not mean they were out.

It was one of those tense moments. Should they wait and see what happens, wait for more help or should they take the aggressive stance and attack? Looking up at Neptune, Titania gave a reflective smile and pointed at a nearby rock with her weapon then at Rajin's head. She only hoped that Kai got the message. If not, well, she wasn't about to risk Neptune and Mars being seriously hurt so she would have to take the risk and move closer.

Dude, don't leave me with the creepy guy! Kyou thought, resisting the urge to straighten his spin and run. There was something about this man, something familiar and strange all at the same time. Like he was wrong.

"Who are you?" he couldn't help but whisper, making it seem like the delirium was talking. "You shouldn't exist. You're not part of history. Not like... the others...."

Out of the corner of his eye, he saw Raijin fall. Damn it, he was pulling a Trojin Horse. Their rose had worked. Surly this girls were going to help him out now. Raijin, just go, he thought, wishing he had telepathy. But then Raijin would probably just bitch him out all the time. So probably best they didn't.

Taka watched Neo Sailor Neptune send out her attack with stars in his eyes. "She's amazing," he gushed. His princess was the best princess ever and he would know. He grew up with two.

Watching Raijin fall, Taka wanted to help. Dropping the bags, he rushed forward, digging the electronic handcuffs - his own invention - out of his hoodie. "I'll detain him," Taka assured, wanting to prove just once he wasn't useless.

Looking down at the bad guy, Taka thought, He doesn't look so tough. Grabbing one of his wrists, he fumbled with the handcuffs, hitting the button to turn them on.

Rajin was about to spring his trap on the two foolish women approached. He started to ready himself the. A third person came onto the scene. He stopped waiting for them to draw closer.

The third spoke. A male. Oh no a bystander! This couldn't have gotten any better if he tried. A chance to escape. How to play this. Hostage? Sort of.

As soon as the shock was released he, moved, his seeded body did not only protest but screamed at him. Every ounce of muscle and and tissue more than ached and he wanted to give up. He hardened his mind for what came next. He tried to use the pain to motivate himself.

He had Taka as a shield. Shitty on his part, yes, but that depended on their actions.

He whispered harshly to the boy.

"Remain calm and you will not be hurt."

He looked at the senshi.

"Advantage me. Now stand down and no one gets hurt."

His gaze traveled to each face to convey his intent.

Neo Mars was blown away to see the arrival of a knight. He certainly didn't fit the description of any of the knights she had read about. 'This could be trouble...' She thought to herself. But she shook it off, Rajin needed to be their concern, not a some dashing knight. Mars was not as quick to approach as the others. She knew enough that down did not always mean out. She summoned another arrow. "I'll stand back. If he moves, I'll shoot him." And then before she knew it, Rajin was on his feet, this time with a civilian who thought it had been a good idea to help. "Baka..." Neo Mars grumbled. She kept her arrow pointed at Rajin. Her shot was good but not practiced. And Rajin was fast. She glanced at Neo Neptune and Titania, doing her best to convey that she could shoot but couldn't guarantee that she wouldn't hit the goof he held as a shielf.

Neo Moon braced herself for the attack, attempting to use her body as a shield for Kyou. But the attack never came. She looked up after a moment to see the appearance of a mysterious glowing knight. He had diverted the attack, saved them. She stared wide eyed and surprised him. His gaze on her was so intense and yet she couldn't look away. She felt naked and seared by it. She simply continued to stare at him, not fully absorbing his words at first. "Help. Yes! Helping..." Neo Moon used the confiscated weapon to help her stand. "Cheng'e, don't let this weapon out of your site. I want to take it back, see what we can find out about it." Neo Moon gave the knight one last look, she wanted to say thanks but there was just something so...she just turned and darted off towards the hostage situation that had now formed. Pulling off her tiara she powered it for an attack. Maybe coming from his blind side she could thunk him in the head with it and break his focus on the other 3 senshi. At least enough to level the playing field. The tiara shifted shapes and glowed bright and with that, Neo Moo launched it at Rajin.

Rajin wasn't going to wait for them to figure out how to overwhelm him and not hurt hostage. It was time he was going. He tossed down the first smoke bomb at his hostages feet and then a second one a less than a meter away. The desired effect was given and as he backed up he didn't even notice the senshi come up and throw her tiara at him.

Luck was with him because he was backing up. He felt more than saw it and swirled Shi as a defensive measure.

"CLANGGGGG!"

Whatever it was actually struck Shi and caused his hand to vibrate. It went numb because of the force impact. Next time he was bringing Undine.

"Hit the ground kid. I'm out of here. Just lay there."

He used his knee to buckle Taka's knee and then toss a third smoke bomb. The cloud was again covering him. Time to vanish.

He pushed Taka the rest of the way down then with great effort and leaving a trail of blood he was over the wall.

He stopped to check his back trail and cursed. He was leaving a bloody trail. He wasn't in any shape to fight any one who gave pursuit. He had to go to ground. He ran as much as he could without causing pain.

He found a fire escape to use and any other day the jump wouldn't have caused him pause but today his body just wanted to give up and recuperate.

"Not now. No time for rest."

He jumped and nearly lost his grip. It was willpower alone that he held onto the ladder rung and climbed. He was a mess and would need a few days to heal. All in all it had the desired effect. The Moon princess had save Kyou. He was planted. He got to the roof and fell.

He wanted to lay there and rest, he wanted to let his transformation go. He shook himself mentally and started a slow loping walk but built quickly built into a run. He cleared on gap and continued to the next he was moving to a place to hide. First though he needed a safe place to drop his transformation and lay low. A hotel near the shuttle yard. He hoped it was there and if it was then he would be ok.
