It was Viewer's Choice so for every match they put up 3 options to vote on - one of the choices in that match was a dance-off. My favorite one though was teh BigShow/Jericho match... The choices were Submission match, Over the Top rope match, and BodySlam match. Everyone picked Body slam match and the smile on Big Show's face was just priceless as he stood there and just waved at Jericho, then even held his arms out to give him a free try - Jericho decided to bitch slap him instead - that's all Jericho remembered after that because Big Show proceeded to beat him like a dog....Body slam him to win, then forced him to submit to win again, and finally won a third time by heaving him over the top rope. I like Big Show. |

I love Big Show as well, I remember hulk Hogan saying that he could have been the newest, greatest superstar, but he lacked the work ethic to achieve it. |

Well, scratch all my big talk about how Daniel Bryan is going to be a star for this company. WWE released him last night. His crime? During the NXT beatdown angle on Raw, he used Justin Roberts' necktie to choke him out. WWE deemed this to be a non-PG action and fired him for it. I wish I was smudging the facts here to make it sound more ridiculous than it is, but that is legitimately the reason they fired him. No warning, no finger wagging, no suspension. Just him getting fired. So I would like to pose a question to you guys: Is WWE's obsession with the PG thing getting out of control? I understand that it is a PG product now, and that's fine if that's what they want to do, but to fire the best young technical worker in the entire world over a non-PG thing when he has no history of getting in trouble or causing problems? |
Once upon a time, a man lived. This man was a man who really lived. He was the best there was at what he did, living. Living is what he did, and he did it well. In fact, he did it too well. He lived so well that he made other people stop living. That is why he had to be stopped. To stop him, they sent Rimo.

It was kind of gruesome to watch even though it was only for a brief second. There was just no reason fr the attack on the commentators or the technician that took a beating. I was half expecting to see them start on spectators. Anyway, my kid and the boyfriend broke up so no she wont be going to Fatal 4-Way |

The "problem" wasn't the attack on the commentators or anybody at ringside. That was all a planned part of the angle to make it seem more real. The only thing that was deemed a problem was the necktie spot, because WWE has now completely forgotten that it is a professional wrestling company. Mind you, Daniel Bryan didn't do anything to hurt Roberts, it was still a worked spot and Roberts was protected, it was just decided that it wasn't PG, and there was simply no other course of action, apparently, than to fire the guy who was most likely going to be the one to hold this whole NXT angle together. |

If it was all just a work, that would be pretty awesome. However, the detail that gets overlooked by the people who are trying to say it is a work is the fact that wwe.com announced the release late on a Friday evening, which is the time they always make announcements that they don't want anyone to hear about. If this was all an angle, they wouldn't have put the story up during a time when they get very little traffic, it would have been presented loudly and proudly in order to get the largest amount of fans worked up. Believe me, when it was first announced I was actually one of those guys thinking "It's just a work...it has to be...there's no way WWE is -actually- this stupid of a company." Nobody will be happier if it turns out that it's all an angle. All signs point to this being real, though. |
