I showed my son this picture over the weekend, as the Undertaker is his all-time favorite wrestler. Needless to say, after he saw this, the whole Mythos of the undertaker is completely blown for him |

It seems that the only way a wrestler can have a somewhat normal relationship is to hook up with another wrestler. I remember when his last wife was part of the show. I think it was around the time he and Hollywood Hogan were enemies. |

The idea of the ECW guys was great (albeit a rip off of Nexus)... but the execution was horrible... Because the ring area is so crowded and the camera work is so limited with TNA I could not see anything that was going on. I wanted to like it but there was no tension or excitement on top of the the stage direction being horrible... But it could be an interesting story line... not that TNA gives their story-lines more than two weeks before they drop them. |

I agree with literally everything in this post. |
Once upon a time, a man lived. This man was a man who really lived. He was the best there was at what he did, living. Living is what he did, and he did it well. In fact, he did it too well. He lived so well that he made other people stop living. That is why he had to be stopped. To stop him, they sent Rimo.

the problem i see in this wich is the same as with the return of the yellow boat wearing one is that like the nWo WWE owns the rights to ECW, WCW, nWo, Wolfpac and even The Four Horseman. So ANY revival of these groups will be seen as a rip off of WWE property and will NEVER pay the dividends that TNA would hope they would since they can never use the actual faction name that they originally used elswhere. This is not the late 90's with the Monday Night Wars and everyone knows there is no actual ECW invasion of TNA. Back at the formation of nWo it was cool because there was so much tension and distrust between the WWF/WWE and WCW. But since WWE doesn't even recognise the exsistance of TNA this whole fake "ECW" invasion angle will go nowhere fast. And they'll drop it just like they did with The Band. |

Well The Band would still be going if Hall hadn't flaked out and Waltman hadn't had his health issues, but I see your point. Hopefully, TNA won't treat this ECW thing as an invasion, as much as they treat it as the old ECW guys getting back together just to raise some hell. Fortunately, since Impact ended with Dixie saying she invited the ECW guys, it seems less likely that they'll try to play it as an invasion. My problem with the angle is that ECW died nine and a half years ago. These guys, for the most part, have spent nine and a half years now cultivating post-ECW careers, and yet still they will just be labeled "ECW guys." To me, it's actually sort of insulting to the talents involved, as though the only thing they have to contribute to the business is their relationship to ECW. I know it's not meant that way, but I sure as hell think that most of those guys have more to give than that. |

Is the footage in that video supposed to be a dramatic recreation of the actual events? If yes, then I can believe it. If no...I have a harder time thinking that was real. |
