Kurt Angle is a superior pure in-ring performer to Chris Jericho. However, Jericho surpasses him in terms of both mic skills and character work (be it as a face or a heel), and honestly isn't too far behind him in terms of his in-ring skill either. That said, I do 100% agree that Kurt is as close as you'll get to finding a performer that's as well-rounded as Jericho, with CM Punk and Edge also ranking up there. Edit: I even agree with Kurt being in the discussion so much that I wanted to come in here and add the fact that I think maybe just three or four years ago, I would have fully agreed that Kurt was the best all-around in the industry. That's just how amazing Jericho has become in the last few years. Edited by GeordiLaTuvok, Sep 2 2010, 06:13 PM.

Once upon a time, a man lived. This man was a man who really lived. He was the best there was at what he did, living. Living is what he did, and he did it well. In fact, he did it too well. He lived so well that he made other people stop living. That is why he had to be stopped. To stop him, they sent Rimo.

Last night's 901st episode wasnt that hot either. BUt it was funny as hell seeing Shamus literally plastered face-down in the canvas. And I really dont want to see Ex-Nexus Rooster boy coming back, I was glad that Orton laid him out, but the last thing we need is him making a plea to the superstars to beg their forgiveness and join them to take revenge or some bullshit like that. Hopefully Man-Ape Sheffield will also get ousted. And I can watch Daniel Bryan apply that wicked armbar/crossface all day on whoever deserves it

I agree, the last thing we need is Young begging for forgiveness, because WWE has already spent too much time booking all of these guys besides Barrett to look lame. Young shouldn't be begging for forgiveness, he should just be his own man on his own crusade against the Nexus. If Nexus was to kick Sheffield out when he gets back from injury, you could possibly set up something interesting with Young, Sheffield, and Bryan joining forces to fight the Nexus. I actually sort of like the idea that none of those three are really welcomed by the WWE locker room due to what they did, but they are still the faces fighting against the heel Nexus. And hey, maybe if they aren't fighting the WWE's pampered golden boys, Vince McMahon would actually grow the balls necessary to start giving Nexus wins, because we know Vince is too much of a coward to book anyone to consistently be able to beat John Cena and Randy Orton. |

But Nexus has been scoring wins - obviously as a unit, and some of them on their own...and Im really tired of waiting to find out what Nexus' so-called "Big Picture" is - its been 3 friggin months - either come clean with it, or come clean that you have nothing and just stretching it out. I have no interest in seeing Roosterboy perform any further. Man-Ape needs get off the juice and the nose-toot (which I'd bet is the more likely reason for his absense rather than just some supposed ankle-injury), before he hurts somebody or bursts some of his brain blood vessels. Bryan so for is a nice addition, and anyone else trying to slide in and ride the "ostrasized" coat-tail with him when he is not, would just make things suck for him....he just needs to beef up a little bit. |

The problem is, the wins Nexus has gotten have been either tainted or meaningless. Even last Monday's win, which was arguably their most significant yet in that they were allowed to pin both Cena and Orton, was tainted by the fact that neither Edge nor Jericho participated in the match, making it 5-on-3. The only major name I can remember thus far doing a clean job for a Nexus guy was Chris Jericho, when he lost to Barrett on the night they kicked out Darren Young. I find it unlikely that Sheffield is actually on steroids. I've given WWE crap about how legitimate I think their Wellness Policy is, but don't get me wrong, I absolutely think it's in place and is comprehensive. They randomly pull a handful of guys at every TV taping and subject them to the test. It's done randomly so that the guys don't have warning that they will be tested soon. My only disbelief on the legitimacy of it is that I kind of think the tip-top guys on the roster probably get a little extra warning, as opposed to being chosen at random. As for the leg injury, it is absolutely a legit injury. He broke his leg on a house show, severely enough that last I heard he might even go in for surgery on it. |

OK, but I still think he's on toot too - too much perpetual motion body language for all that sniffing he does to just be a nasal congestion problem |
